Paid annual subscription and haven’t been able to log on more than once. Useless customer service (non existent). Can watch on iPad Pro but not on tv. Useless.

I loved watching Macbeth on my mobile
I loved watching Macbeth on my mobile. It is not the same as a theatre experience ir full screen, but as I cannot sit for long, because of back issues, I was able to watchbit and rest in intervals. Great!

Not a very good service, had trouble getting into the Channel because needed to keep putting in password which was annoying.

I subscribed and paid then the next day…
I subscribed and paid then the next day it said I wasn't subscribed. After a lot of faffing about with their support it started working again, then the next day it stopped. Their support again started asking me to 'try' stupid stuff so I asked for a refund

Signed up in April and after the first…
Signed up in April and after the first 20 games I've not been able to watch any games. Customer service is a big runaround they told me they can't cancel my subscription.

Poor Customer Service
Great programming but poor customer service! Took a 1 year subscription to Marquee.TV to get a 1 free year of intelligencesquared. The subsciption page on intelligencesquared never worked. After back and forth no resolution; at the end to be told by Marquee.TV you have to deal with intelligencesquared! Even gave up with intelligencesquared.
PS: You will not keep customers by not making things right!
This issue was never resolved! Never obtained my free year! The page never worked. MarqueeTV wiped there hands of the situation.

We did reach out to Intelligence Squared to inform them of the issues you were facing and they confirmed they had since replied to you directly.
Not worth it
Not what I thought it would be. One or two show is not enough for price paid.

I have paid my subscription and the money has been taken from my credit card but whenever I log in it say I have no active subscription - customer service haven't replied - so I am paying for nothing. Very disappointing as the content looks exceptional

I really like the diversity and quality…
I really like the diversity and quality of the material available. Its bad that some of the material that was available last Fall but wasn't anymore during the year. I wanted to see more of the Ballet Rambert, and even though in its collection it shows 11 works only 4 are actually available in the USA.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service ! Wrote a review about confusing pricing offers on 15th November.No reply ! Then in a reply you asked me to contact suppoet .Did so but no reply again. Wrote a reply after an email saying you had deducted payment. Still no reply. What does it take to get an answer??? Definitely thinking about cancelling my subscription now.
