Masons of Yorkshire Avaliações

The level of service was exceptional. I had ordered a celebration bottle for a 70th birthday present online from Japan, where I am currently on holiday. For some reason, I hadn’t entered the recipient address correctly and it failed to register so the gin was delivered to my home address in Wiltshire. I received a message from the courier to say that they (obviously) could not deliver. I immediately phoned Anna at Masons from Tokyo and she not only ensured that the bottle was redirected (free of charge) and arrived in time back in Yorkshire but also sent me a photo showing where it had been left. She could not have been more helpful and I would recommend this company highly.
The gin was also excellent !

Ordered and delivered within 2 days. Mix up with courier regarding delivery but not fault of Masons. We'll done!

Goods arrived on time, well packed and the contents were extremely good and as described on the site, very satisfied.

Bought as a present for someone else so can’t comment on taste but fast delivery and the personalised bottle looked great thanks.

Happy days!

Good website, easy to navigate and order. Arrived promptly, well packaged. I havd purchased items quite often, hubby loves the gins, the plain Vodka as my preference, very smooth, my favourite tipple. Highly recommend.

Love your Lavender Gin. Easy to order and was on sale. Always been very quick delivery. Unfortunately this time there was a problem with the delivery people. Taken to the wrong address. A call to Masons soon sorted it out and I was sent a replacement a few days later

Perfect in every way ….expertly packed

Easy to order online with very speedy delivery. Also when I had a query it was dealt with very quickly and professionally.

Excellent products, especially the raspberry gin - subtle flavours. Great bottle.

From when I placed my order to receiving it was less than a week. Great service for a great gin.

Excellent service and very prompt delivery. Oh I almost forgot very good gin as well

Brilliant service, next day delivery as described

Everything is brilliant with the company and gin

Fabulous gin - I’ve only opened the lavender one thus far and it was a uniquely tasty experience. Delivery wasn’t on next working day as promised though but it was the day after that.

Delivered on time to my sister for her birthday - she loved it!
