Masons of Yorkshire Avaliações

Despite the strikes and weather, delivered in good time. Espresso vodka - really good stuff.

The gift box I purchased to make the bottle more presentable was damaged. Obviously I cannot gift it like I was initially doing. I wrote to the company got a reply that was suggesting the fault lay with the delivery company how ever the box that everything was contained inside didn’t have any damage on at all suggesting this had happened before packed or during. I really wouldn’t have mind but they charge you for the box, I was refunded for the gift box but now have no time left before Xmas to order something else. Not even a replacement was sent. I wouldn’t use this company again!

Easy & interesting website to navigate.
I wanted to purchase a British made bottle of vodka with a message for our nephew that I could have delivered. This was all perfect! Added a label for the e bottle and a personalised gift message. All delivered within a day of buying! Can’t yet comment on how good the vodka was but I’ll find out and if all is good would def order from Masons again. Thank you!!

Great company, quick delivery and lovely gin!

I was very impressed with the response from the two team members when my delivery went somewhat astray. To my mind it was excellent customer care and a great recommendation for your company.Having sampled your gin on LNER was the reason for my purchase and I have recommended it for to fellow gin lovers.
