stick to your end of the offer

You send me a catalog offering me 300.00 in credit you accept my first order then after placing the order I get my order and return what does not fit while I am waiting for the return I sent out you decide that in order to continue purchasing what you offer you want a 69.00 deposit really? you havent even given me the chance to make my first payment which if not due till next month this is a sad way to do business stick to your end of the credit you offered

Use extreme caution when purchasing any item. Returns are VERY COSTLY. You pay to have the item shipped to you. If you want to return the item, you pay for their return label (you pay for shipping to return the item). And then, you are charged an ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEE for returning the item. The charges end up being 35% - 45% of your purchase. They make it VERY DIFFICULT and EXPENSIVE to make any return. It's TOO RISKY for an online purchase that you can't know if the product will fit or work for you. I will not purchase from them again.

I placed an order for a pair of …shoes

I placed an order for a pair of sketchers the order part went well. However, when the item arrived via FedEx the outside box was a bit crushed. I thought OK that could happen, but when I opened it the shoebox was destroyed and there was only a left shoe! Who sends one shoe?
I called customer service and told them about the order. Finally got someone state side and they were helpful. After a bit of discussion refunded everything
Masseys is really going downhill. I've ordered from them for years. This is not the first issue I've encountered. Won't be ordering again

My first order with this company went…

My first order with this company went very smooth. They gave me a $500 credit limit which I made a couple of payments and then paid it off. This company was generous and increased my credit to $650 and then this month for Christmas placed an order And sent it to another address but still kept mine as the primary. I got an email the next day that my order was canceled after waiting online for approximately 40 minutes I finally got to talk to a supervisor who advised me that they needed to verify my identity and my address Even though they had no problem to start with on my first order. I pointed out that they had no problem sent it to my address. They didn’t really care who I was at that place but if I sent it somewhere else, then they had a problem. I then told them let me purchase it so I use my American Express card. I got notification when the order was placed from American Express and then asked to be transferred to have my account closed the agent that close my account didn’t ask why I was closing it, which you would think that a company would ask hey why are you leaving us Because it cost more money to try to get a new customer than it is to retain one the next day, I got a notification that my order had been canceled. I then called back stayed online for about 30 minutes only to find out that they still need to verify I am who I am Again I pointed out you didn’t care who I was if I’m sending it to my address but if I sent it to another one, then there’s a problem final notes I would not do business with this company at all because you’re going to run into this issue if this company is so big that they can adapt this policy they’re not worth doing business with Yours truly Phillip Armstrong 774-321-0243

Order cancelled

They tell you, you have a $250.00 credit limit and then want a down payment!!! Every order I've placed since, they cancel it!! Don't waist your time or money! Do klarna on Wayfair.

Massey claimed the necklace I was…

Massey claimed the necklace I was buying was real 14k gold and it turned my neck black it was in fact fake and now on top of it I only owed $27 left and now they are claiming I owe $150 the necklace wasn’t even that much it was $101 I will never use them again and I advise anyone else to not as well the jewelry is fake.

Absolutely horrible place to shop.
I've shopped on both sister sites for a year ' never late with a payment '.

I applied for credit to purchase a few items on sale and they pulled a HARD credit report on me and approved me to shop.

After shopping and paying with the credit they approved me for they declined it and asked for a FULL payment!

I called and spoke with two supervisors in the credit department and they said " well, you shopped on our sister sites and purchased quite a few things, we feel that you have purchased to much within a 15 day period."

Are you kidding me??! LoL.
I decided to take advantage of free shipping and 40% off and you feel that I've purchased to many items??

I'm over 60 years old and I have never heard of such a thing, ever!

I even used a coupon which was sent to me for an additional 25% because it was a one year anniversary that I have shopped with the sister sites.

One supervisor didn't know how to handle it and couldn't override the system ' she was very cordial ' and the other said well, we use a three tier system which lets us know how much a customer is buying and hung
up on me.

Other stores such as Macy's, makes me a platinum member.

They don't punish me for being a loyal customer who pays on time.

This is a horrible experience and I will report them to the FTC and all three credit agencies.

Oh, and the two sister companies froze my account for 30 days!

Because I shopped a lot ' in their opinion within 15 days.

Mind you, I verified my identity.

I wish that I could upload photos of my account page and the rediculous letter they sent me.

I placed an order on June 19th

I placed an order on June 19th, 2025 with Stoneberry and was charged $60.47.
Stoneberry cancelled my order on June 20th after taking money from my personal credit card. I called speaking with A Cherry and John who wouldn't tell me anything. Then I spoke with two very ill-bred representatives by the names of Tammy, and an Alicia who claimed to a supervisor with a very nasty attitude. I asked her why they charged my card and then cancelled my order, and after speaking with five different people, no one could tell me anything or give me a reason. I only received horrible attitudes! I informed Alicia that I was filing complaint with the B.B.B, and her response was that "would be fine" without any care whatsoever. I have several recordings of the full conversation.

Terrible company

Someone fraudulently opened an account in my elderly father's name. A small item arrived to his home that he did not buy, did not consent to buying. After hours of trying to get a rep to help, we were advised this is a scam where people buy one small thing & find out you have good credit & then order large items. I was advised on the phone (so i'm sure there is a record of this) that the item did not have to be returned, my dad's account would be closed and all would be handled. Now he is getting a bill & threatened to go to collections bc he didn't return the item that he never ordered in the first place. I spent hours with customer service today and they were basically like "sorry for your elderly father's bad luck".

They approved me for 150$ credit line.They email relentlessly begging me to make a purchase with them and to use my credit with them.I haven't really wanted to because they overcharge for everything and not a little but a huge markup but to have a positive account on my report I was willing to buy something small but nope order completed goes to order could not be completed.I tried again and once more few weeks later same thing so I gave up I'd be doing them a favor paying way over retail price for something from them but now they send me promo codes for 25% off so I'm like huh ok that's a little more reasonable but I try the code and it says invalid I just laugh and shake my head and customer service was a complete waste of time this company is embarrassing horrible and I can't understand how they stay in business.

First Order - Everything Gone Bad

First order - They extended credit, ordered 2 pairs leather boots. Boots are NOT leather. They emailed me to spend more credit, ordered 2 dresses with sweaters. Was not notified dresses were on hold. Tried to pay for entire account balance online to resolve all outstanding issues. Website doesn't work, customer service phones don't work. Fraudulent business practices.
