I purchased a DS series $3,500 pistol from them in February of 2024 and placed a deposit of 20% there was a six to eight week lead time on the item. After 3 months I began to contact them and they would not answer calls, respond to emails or voicemails, or return text messages. After 6 months we were finally able to get through to someone who said the firearm was still being manufactured, we finally got a notification that they were ready to receive payment around November. After trying to contact them to pay for the item they finally responded mid December and we were able to complete the transaction. After receiving the pistol it was less than acceptable. Cut lines that weren't straight, areas where the machine ran dry or the person doing stippling stopped paying attention for a moment. For a $3,500 gun I am less than impressed with the craftsmanship. I am a carpenter, mechanical technician, vibration analyst, & machinist by trade.

The worst part is this is the last place I used my card and now my cards information was compromised which leads me to believe this company is skimming card information or they have someone working for them that is.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear. There are tons of custom pistol manufacturers that will actually try to meet their deadlines and not dodge you or make excuses why they couldn't deliver.

Very poor customer service , and the owner is beyond rude and disgusting towards woman , made my fiancé wait 6 weeks then speaks to her nasty and refunded her the money with out her asking for a refund , ive already have shown the emails that he sent my fiancé to multiple FFL dealers that know of us and to be quiet honest i think it was more of a RACIST move because my fiancé last name , and my FFL dealers that ive known for years say they will no longer accept orders from masterpiece 💯 with all the things going on in these times ETHNICITIES should not be a problem or excuse to treat people like if they are less than human ESPECIALLY BEING A CUSTOMER THAT PAID IN FULL from the beginning of the transaction , if anybody wants to spend their hard earned money do it where it’s appreciated and to a company that main goal is the satisfaction of the consumer

I received my Masterpiece Arms FireArm This Evening from my local FFL Dealer.
TOOOOO Many problems right of BAT....
The FireArm is all Scratched up from the Shipment from your Shop to my FFL Dealer. The case that FireArm was shipped with didn't have enough Inside Foam to make the FireArm tight in the case. (All Scratched from Delivery)

The Biggest problem of ALL,
The gun DOESN"T FIRE....................................
Put on Fire mode cock back it goes half way, The trigger is so loose that it seems like its missing a major component.
Pull the trigger and it just jiggles around and does NOTHING.
How do I return this Masterpiece of S%*^ back to your company?
There was No Quality control set in place in the distribution of this Weapon.
That is a fact.
I'd like my money back, It's a shame that this weapon is garbage.
I also purchased 5 extra clips for this Firearm. (On Back Order, They never Shipped.)
Please let me know what I have to do to return this Firearm back to your company. Also to stop the order of the extra 5 Magazines also ordered.
I waited 2 and half weeks to be sent this?
Your Company needs to have better Quality Control. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I bought a Mpa930t it’s decent at best but I was looking to get a rail for it but was told by Brandon I could not buy the $50 rail without buying a $100 barrel. It’s a lower quality than the original Mac 11 and customer service is SH1TTY

I purchased the 6.5 Creedmoor BA. This has got to be the best decision I have made in my rifle selection process, to date. I purchased it from Extreme Guns and Amo and had it shipped to my local gun store.
I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran (67-68). Simply stated this is best rifle in my collection.

This is a great company to purchase a firearm from There excellent customer service friendly willing to help and if anything’s wrong with the firearm you purchase from them even from a third-party or dealer the make it right they’ve shipped me parts for free and take the time to answer questions and reply quickly to emails and other things that your average company wouldn’t do
