I didn't even have to pick the phone up and speak to anyone

Very unscrupulous company that I would never use ever again. They automatically renewed my insurance policy - even though I had given notice to cancel because the lease car I had been insuring had completed it’s contract and been returned. They then chased for cancellation charges and again then sent to debt collection when I disputed the payment. They ended up charging me hundreds of ponds for insurance policy that I had previously cancelled for a car I didn’t even have. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Quickly and efficiently got my quote and sorted my insurance.

Dealt with inexperienced staff, over priced the policy, so he knocked £50 off then phoned the next day and said he had got it wrong I owe another £36.

Restarting my car insurance was quick and efficient, I completed the transaction without any problem.The person who assisted me was professional and knowledgeable.

Quick and easy renewal and as long as the renewals keep falling, I can’t see me going elsewhere.

Very poor didn’t even inform me of the renewal price went up by £200+ and won’t let me cancel without a massive fee

I have already done a review stating I had to send in my Husband’s death certificate before you’d stop our insurance. Which only had a day left before renewing. I have done this and thank God it is now cancelled. But now you’ve sent another review to do asking my Husband to voice his review.
Yes it may be a computer sending this but show’s you don’t read them. Sensitivity is Obviously not this company’s strong point.

Have always fiund them to be helpful and supportive

Absolutely awful went online to make an amendment to my policy because I changed registration of the car, however it would not let me change this on line then the call handler somehow managed to lock my account and this could not be changed because my policy was up for renewal. Their solution to this was emergency cover however if I had to make a claim I would have to pay the full amount of the new policy. Needless to say unhappy ex customer of Masterquote.

Been waiting for my car to be fixed for two years. Expensive and don’t get the service
