Terrible company the bike is excellent but this company has washed there hands of all there uk customers and there warranty’s by liquidating the uk buisness. My bike needs repair under warranty and I get a letter from the liquidators to say it won’t be repaired even although they supply bikes all over Europe to other countries and have perfectly active businesses elsewhere. All because they got done in the uk and closed the buisness down. Well done mate wash your hands off everyone of your customers in the uk while still making millions worldwide. Fraudulent company be aware

Bought a Mate City about 3 months ago and the UK branch has gone under and now I can’t get any warranty work or parts for my bike . I have been messaging the HQ in Copenhagen but have had NO response. . Totally disused with the company.

Booked a test ride online. Came down from Oswestry in Shropshire. Booked day off work and an extra night in a hotel. Turned up and no one was there. I received no notification they would not be open on Good Friday. Very annoyed and disappointed.

Had an order with MateBike UK and everything went well with the buying process and delivery. Unfortunately the item I bought was not comfortable to wear so I returned it. The return process was easy and money returned to my account very quickly. Communication was great during the whole time. Would recommend this company.

Mate UK were extremely responsive when I needed a new mounting bracket for the digital read out which was broken in an accident. Strictly speaking this is not a stand alone part available for purchase but they supplied it any way, extremely quickly and at a very supportive price. Absolutely first class customer support.

I bought my second MATE and I cannot be happier.
The guys are a súper stars, always helpful and best customer service ever.
I always say that when you buy a MATE you not only buy a bike you became a part of a community.

I was very excited to have ordered this bike and looked forward to it believing it to be a premium product. After 1 ride the pedal fell off and MATE have disappeared despite me contacting them several times.
