This is the first time I have used an electric toothbrush. This Mauarcher toothbrush feels very good. It looks simple and stylish.

Scam scam scam! Please do not be fooled, this company is as dodgy as they come.
I know from experience.

SCAM PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

Me like everyone else read a fake review site and for some reason decided to order this toothbrush even though I’d never heard of it. Quickly seen the reviews and cancelled my order after three minutes. I was emailed back saying my order had already shipped…. WITHIN THREE MINUTES? Received the toothbrush like everyone else will not charge up and it’s £118 down the drain for something that doesn’t work. I’m not even going to bother with the stress of even trying to return or get anything back but please be warned.

Hvis det er mulig hadde jeg gitt ingen stjerner. Holdt dere langt unna. De lurer folk. Når det gjelder annonse alt er på norsk. Men retur står skrevet på engelsk, noe som er forvirrende å forstå seg på. Selskapet legger ikke ved angreretten skjema. Jeg angret ved dag 1 på mitt kjøp, de mente at de hadde sendt varen da var det forsent å kansellere. Har masse mail fra de, der de ber meg først om å bruke produktet, noe jeg nektet å gjøre. Når jeg forsatt ville returnere varen så spør de om jeg har brukt produktet hvis jeg har gjort det da ville de ikke returnere varen. Motstridende svar hele veien. Dette har pågått i 1 mndes tid nå. Det verste er at klarna støtter slike firmaer i Norge. Har tatt kontakt med klarna også. Klarna gjentar seg selv hele tiden, de gjør ingenting for å hjelpe. Neste er å involvere forbrukerrådet. Håper de kan gjøre noe slik at andre ikke blir lurt.
MauArcher sier at de tar 10% for ubrukt vare. Toll avgifter kommer i tilleggskrav for retur til Kina + retur kostnader. Alt dette er det du som forbruker betale. Dessuten de legger ikke ved retur etikk da det ikke er i deres policy.

En tant que personne sourde, j'ai bien reçu et j'ai été bien informé par e-mail. J'ai également testé le produit et je ne le regrette pas. Il est excellent et brosse très bien.

Looks very bad especially when you read their returns policy which is terrible and doesn’t conform the uk rules.
I ordered but cancelled immediately having seen these reviews and am now waiting to see what they do. I will post again.

Das ist China Mist der teuersten Art. Wochenlanges Warten auf die Ware, auch auf Ersatzbürsten aus China.
Support der "Sales Managerin" von einem Programm ins Deutsche übersetzt, leider ohne Ersatz der kaputten, minderwertigen Bürsten. Das kann man sich sparen.
Bei der Bestellung auf der Webseite, die wohlgemerkt in einem perfekten deutschsprachigen Auftritt gehostet ist, suggeriert man eine Lieferung von Deutschland. Und dann wartet man auf die Schiffslieferung von China.
Jeder Euro ist hier zuviel. Wie in der Presse auch zu lesen, bzw. im TV zu sehen, wird unser Zoll von Chinaware geflutet. Nicht ganz legal bei der Höhe der Bestellung. Billig ist es bei weitem nicht.
Lasst die Finger weg.

ARNAQUE !!! J ai commandé cette brosse au mois de janvier , après même pas 2 semaines d utilisation elle ne fonctionne plus ! Impossible de la charger ! Elle est soi disant garantie un an mais impossible de joindre le service client .. ne commandez surtout pas , elle arrive de Chine donc tout leu bla bla sur le site est mensonger .. à ce prix là c est une grosse arnaque

J'ai commandé 2 brosses à dents dont 1 ne fonctionne pas. J'ai écrit au SAV car aucun moyen de joindre Mauarcher autrement, aucune réponse... Donc pas de SAV, ni garantie et encore moins de remboursement. C'est un scandale !!!

Do not purchase from this company.
I ordered a toothbrush from this company after reading an amazing review on what now appears to be a fake review site.
The following day, I came across the reviews on here, and immediately cancelled my order. I was told it was too late as my order had already been shipped from China. ??
As the review states that the toothbrush is designed by Danish engineers, I was shocked to see it was actually coming from China.
I contacted the company by email in order to ask for the return address, in order to return the package, unused/unopened, but got no answers other than nonsense emails.
I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back, but I hold out little hope.
Don't make the same mistakes I did.
I suggest everyone on here who has had the same experience, should contact Trading Standards as this company is a scam.

Please please do not waste your money or time with this company or the shoddy products they are selling. I brought 2 toothbrushes and sonic flossers which lasted 3 days. I charged them fully as requested and on day 4 they did not switch back on. I messaged Joy sales manager who asked me to send videos and photos, then she said they would send out replacement toothbrushes, I only ever received 1 so I have paid £200+ and have zero to show for it.

We always choose Mauarcher for electric toothbrushes, and its toothbrush package also comes with a water flosser set. Affordable to put together.

I am very satisfied with this setting. It has a short pause of 30 seconds to remind me to change the brushing area, and a cycle of 2 minutes, which is quite intelligent. It also brushes much cleaner than a manual toothbrush.

Do not buy any priduct from the company as you will not get your money back or any exchange if there are any defects, and i am in no doubt there will be. I purchased an electric toothbrush with all the accessories.The product has never
charged up to be used, and despite numerous emails, all i receive is what appears to be an auto reponse email. This site is a con, and so to are the reviews that brand it a top product. Spend your money on a cheaper well known product as i have learnt my lesson not to purchase off these sites. Any good reviews about this product are false. Bw warned.....it is money lost.

Bluff bäst i test sidan är sponsrad av dem själv på Google när man googlar bästa tandborsten så kommer de upp som nummer 1 och det är bara o läsa omdömena som finns ångrade mig 6 timmar senare fått flera samma meddelande att vara redan skickad samt klarna har ett samarbete med dem så man litar att det går rätt till men tydligen så kan de samarbeta utan problem från klarna samt att varan skickas direkt till brevlådan inte ombud fast man inte betalat varan utan tagit den på 30 dagar få varan först o betala efter du fått varan. Alltså ingen identitet behövs då varan och företaget blåser än med att de levererat varan.
