I want to register my extreme dissatisfaction with this company and warn others against purchasing from them.

I ordered a pair of Finbeati earphones, which I use for swimming. After only a handful of uses, the outer shell covering the earphones cracked and came away entirely, leaving the internal wiring fully exposed with no protective casing whatsoever. Given that this is a product designed for use in water, bare, unprotected wiring is not simply a "fault", it is a genuine safety hazard.

When I contacted customer service to report this, I was met with a dismissive and frankly rude response. I was told I had exactly two options: keep the now-unusable, unsafe product and accept a refund of half of what I paid less than two months ago, or ship the item back to China from continental Europe at my own expense, with a full refund issued only if the company, at its own discretion, decided the fault was not mine.

I find this entirely unacceptable. A product that becomes hazardous within weeks of purchase with appropriate use should not leave the customer to shoulder both the shipping cost and the burden of proof. Combined with the manner of the representative I dealt with, this has been one of the most disappointing purchasing experiences I've had.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The product I ordered never turned up and they didn't reply to any of my emails asking where it was. Don't go anywhere near this company. I feel completely had.

I so wish I’d researched this company MaxDeals before my husband purchased a Grindofy Manual Coffee Grinder from them. It arrived in a battered box, also taking longer than the delivery time quoted and it was clear it was coming from China. It was supposed to grind coffee beans with different setting options from fine to coarse. When we tried it, all 8 settings gave the same coarse result. Plus the rubber base matt that stops the grinder from sliding around was missing and they said the could not replace it. Clearly it had been used before and probably returned. WE complained many times and without going into detail they eventually offered some money back but nothing like the full refund I asked for. I had also asked them to collect the item as it was not working properly. They said they would refund me in full ONLY IF I sent it back to them at my cost (£49) which was a few pounds less than the cost of the item!How convenient. Only then would they test it and refund me the cost of the product IF they decided it was faulty - we know what they would decide of course! I sent them another email saying this was unacceptable and they gave me a further small credit. Clearly they sell cheap fake copies or seconds which are unfit for purpose. Awful company with no conscience whatsoever.

The items that ordered from this source were total rubish. Simplys were cheap imitation of garden hose pressure fittings and a supposed solarlight that was also not fit for purpose. Caveat Emptor. Do not use this outlet.

Please do not buy goods from this company all cheap rubbish made in china I bought a product from them which is in the bin

Avoid this company should have read revievs first bought a PyroScorc weed burner thought it was coming from uk a complete piece of junk to be polite from china

One star is too good they take your money and send fake goods that are not fit for purpose they should be banned.

MaxDeals.org has got to be a fake company promising, but not delivering on "coupon codes". I tried several times, at a few of their links for 15% off a purchase at Spoonful of Comfort with no connection to that code. The codes are supposedly updated but come up INVALID when trying to use them within the dates offered.
