Awful people to deal with first they added £60 worth of orders that I didn’t even order then when I asked for everything to be cancelled which was just under £300 they didn’t communicate. I’m all this money down and no items to show for it either. Absolutely fuming AVOID at all cost

Ordered one item. When my credit card statement came in it showed two separate transactions, one minute apart. The company said I ordered the additional goods which I know I didn’t. What was a £60.00 transaction turned into double that. The goods arrived eventually. Not worth the money. The ad showed two wall lights, only one received. Much smaller than pictured. This is my first transaction with this company….and my last. No mention of 30 days return at any point after the order was placed.

Will send you cheap knock offs instead of what is advertised. Don't be bullied when they offer you 10/20/30% refunds. Luckily I bought via PayPal and just raised a case with them and got full refund.

I am writing to request a refund. Product was expensive and arrived in a cheap brown box with terrible instructions. I’m actually frightened to use the product incase it goes on fire. Waiting on response.

Do not buy from this company. Bought three usb driven fly killers: 1 didn't work at all the other two have been in operation for three weeks and haven't caught a single fly. The products themselves are tacky and vastly overpriced. Eliciting a refund for at leas the defective product is proving difficult

their goods are poor quality and vastly overpriced and on the information they supply on refunds at the point of purchase they do not mention that if you are not satisfied you must return the goods to China and pay the shipping costs and not the UK based company that distributes them. This is to deter you from attempting to get full refund. They offer you the option of keeping the goods with a 30% refund.Even at this the item is still over priced.

I have made a formal complaint. I'm waiting for it to be submitted to the right person and to receive a response.

After telling me several times that the problem was with the dispatch process or the carrier had lost it, they told me two days ago that the article was out of stock. I cannot believe that at one stage they thought it was out for shipment and indeed were following this up with their carriers, whose name they have maligned in their incorrect assumptions. I'm sure Evri will be delighted to hear about that

I am appalled at the way their business appears to be run.

They had my money (a significant sum) for much of July for a product they didn't even have in the first place, and I am thoroughly disgusted at the way my order had been handled

I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before I had anything at all to do with them.

I hear from them my money is on its way back. Firstly within 5-7 days and today that has gone up to 10 days. Why!!!

They took my money and did not supply the goods.
Excuse after excuse.
Luckily I had paid with PayPal and have now got my money back.

The product itself has some positives. However I purchased a dusarins portable shower. It came without instructions, does not appear to heat the water and the customer services team have blanked me repeatedly since I pointed out that their website claims it has adjustable heating settings when it actually appears to be a submersible pump. I would not have spent such a lot on it and could have brought the same product significantly cheaper. Others don’t claim to heat water.

Did not get what I ordered, but a differently branded cheap knockoff to be told it was the same product, which I found online for about one third the price I paid. Customer service tried to offer a discount. I had to ask several times for details of how to get a refund. I had to pay return postage. Do not buy from them, they are scammers.

Product arrived broken and any attempt to email them all get returned as incorrect.
Free return and refund is offered on sale, yet it's impossible to access this information.
Waste of money.

This shop was very good you could not beat it and now's it's closed down a really bad shame

Use to like going into the Barnsley branch as it was clean tidy an pleasant polite staff, but what good was that when management cannot get the business running properly, they’ll blame others apart from taking responsibility for their part in the collapse, sorry to hear this as the shop floor personal suffer.

Prompt Delivery on time . Helpful Advice

Bought a water bottle for my son. It was smashed by day two. Not sure the plastic was very good quality. Honestly, you can get better ones at the supermarket - go there.
