I had ordered 2 pants and 1 shirt from Max Fashion, but I received only 1 pant. The application shows that it has been delivered. When I called customer care, they raised a ticket and said I would receive a reply via email in 2-3 working days. Today, I received an email stating that all items were packed in one bag from the warehouse. Now, I'm not sure what to do because the company hasn't actually delivered the products, and they are claiming that the delivery has been made, even though there was only 1 pant in the package.

I don't know what to do now, and I'm afraid that I might not receive the product or a refund.

Hemline of pants came apart on first wear.

Ruffle on top came undone by third wear.

I shopped a week back slippers one max staff suggest me do willing through QR code online bill i done same, but the product 1 spiller size different i take it back next day, the staff hand over the product saying after the bill amount not cake to their company account how easyly they are saying I have debited amount screenshot also there i shown to the staff people no one is supporting me it's almost 7 to 8 workings days done i m feeling very wrost about it I will never visit max fashion bangalore Orion uptown mall other location Max Fashions also thank you given such a fed-up service

Failed to accommodate ailing and aged customers in right way. An elderly couple having surgery in spine were forced to get down from car at quite good distance at your Mall. Very sad affairs. A support team must be posted to help those who are unable to walk. Thanks if you feel as well.

I've been a long time fan of Max Fashions but notice a distinct change of quality since change of ownership. Prices are around the same but the product quality is way less!

They have the worst website and the worst customer service ever, I ordered from their website before almost 1 month for the first time and they lost my shipment! I tried to contact with them they do not have the ability to deal with this situation. I just want my money back :)

Lochan - Transferred my call to Shermila as Manager
Shermila - Sr Staff - Hung up on me after a 25 min hold time.
Simran - Doesn't have an option to speak to Sr. as she is working from home she hung up on me.

Heena - Finance Team - Vivek Nair - Ashed this Poor Finance girl to call me who has no clue about my complaint. Vivek cannot sum up his courage to be a Man enough to live upto his promise of a call back. Finally like all the staff - she hung on me

Aaron - Again the bag attitude staff who was first sleeping and took my call and calls opening was after over a min and never gives out his name and confirms that he was not sleeping. You should listen to this call to learn how to sleep and answer the on Job and lie to the client.

Shermila - seems to be over confident about things that she was talking about. The proof of it is that she went on record to confirm that all the people who I spoke to were all from the Lead Role. I have asked over 5 times to confirm the same and she did and she was aware of my complaint as she has read my complaint email. As usual like Max staff does - She went on swearing on her honesty and vouching on her words she went ahead to transfer my call to a Manager - She is gone.... gone...... gone.... going... gone... gone.... still going.... 10 min...on Hold. I am still on hold.... I believe you have taken me for granted as I am an Indian and this call is in Indan and She might have gone on her coffee break. She has forgotten to even know that she has put me on hold.

Finally she HUNG UP ON ME
