Absolutely dreadful. Took an age to ship a hard drive, and when it arrived it was not only a fake version of what they were advertised as, but it was faulty. They wouldn’t refund either. The prices may look appealing but don’t be fooled. Total sham of a company.

They still refuse to refund me for sending me a fake useless SSD Drive. Saying if I want a refund I can return it to China when it came from either Belgium or Holland. They offered me 120% off my next purchase if I left a positive review on Trust Pilot. They are liars and charlatans BEWARE anyone who is considering purchasing anything from them.

This company is fraud. Period.

I ordered a Blood Glucose Meter and Blood Oxygen Monitor - LED Display - Non-invasive Monitoring. I received an oxygen monitor and an INVASIVE blood collecting kit. The item they advertised was just the photo of the oxygen monitor so I thought it was a new gadget that would monitor blood sugar like the oxygen meter. TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING. COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I am NOT a happy camper.
Trustpilot should put up big warning signs to not do any business with this company.

Ontvangen USB disk is een DOA. De reactie van ML is heel meelevend, maar het komt er op neer dat ik 20% terug kan krijgen en anders voor enorm hoge kosten kom te staan bij het terugsturen. Je wordt dus gewoon gechanteerd om het product thuis maar bij de vuilnis te gooien voor 80% van de prijs.

I bought an electrical item that is defective and does not work, and they refuse to give me my money back. They have offered my 15% refund to keep the item, and then 20%. They have said the if I want to return it is at my cost, quoting upto 107 euros! The item cost me £49.00

Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

The item I purchased is defective. They asked me to supply photos, then video which I have done and they still refuse to refund me and keep sending the same old email.

Ik had bloedsuiker meter via de vinger besteld,en kreeg na dik 15 dagen een bloeddruk meter via de vinger en prik materiaal=waarde 10 euro terwijl ik 34,95 euro had betaald.Dit bedrijf geen zaken mee doen,terug sturen geen optie,geven adres op in China met hoge kosten.Ik ga kijken op stappen binnen de wet. ——John.

It’s a total scam, don’t buy from them. They will send product from China, and actually wrong product, I recently ordered non invasive glucose meter and guess what? They send me STD blood glucose meter requiring blood sample, when I contact them with question they offer me 20% off and keep item, which I don’t need . Or I can send them back somewhere …. Adress not provided… and need pay for shipping, which probably more than I paid for that “scamming product”. What about 30 days money back guarantee??? No reply. So don’t trust its SCAM!

Ik heb ruim een maand op 2 powerbanks mogen wachten. Toen ik ze eenmaal had ontvangen werkte ze niet naar behoren. Van de 6 aansluitingen die de powerbank heeft werkt er maar 1. De powerbanks kwamen rechtstreeks uit China. Retourneren kan maar dan moet dit ook weer rechtstreeks naar China. De kosten hiervoor zijn nog hoger dan de aanschafprijs.
Het bedrijf bied 20% restitutie aan. Dat is natuurlijk een waardeloze deal. Maar echt een andere keuze heb je niet.
Koop hier niks want ze kijken alleen maar naar de centen. Oplichters zijn het!

I ordered a non invasive blood glucose monitor it took overc2 weeks to come and when it arrived it was the wrong item, I emailed them they said I'd have to cover the cost of shipping the wrong item back to them or if I kept the item they'd give me a 15% refund, I emailed them saying shove it then they got back intouch and offered me 20% so I emailed them back asking why should they profit from their mistake, this company is bad. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Bought an item marketed as "Chromecast". Chromecast is a trademark by Google. The item I received was a counterfeit product and also did not work.

Ik heb een andere kleur tas ontvangen. Ik had zwart besteld, maar kreeg de kaki. Ik heb de klantenservice een bericht gestuurd en ze hebben zich vriendelijk verontschuldigd voor de fout en een vervangend exemplaar aangeboden. Ik heb echter geen tijd om de tas terug te sturen. Hij ziet er eigenlijk best mooi uit, dus ik heb besloten hem te houden.

I will never order another item from this company. They will send you the wrong item and keep your money. Do not order the non invasive glucose meter. They send you a cheap finger oximeter. They contact you in a different language so you can't respond. They are crooks

I ordered a purple women's hooded rain Jacket / water repellent for £54, from a Maximum Lifestyle; registered in Landsmeer in Netherlands and posted from there, this is good as I have strong feelings about not buying from China. Unfortunately it was poor quality, not the right colour, cheap polyester material & not water repellant. I wished to return but it would cost 20 to 45 euros in transport fees and 23 to 62 euros in customs clearance to return to China, not Netherlands. I was offered only a 20% cashback and to keep the coat, which is no use to me. This is a scam and they are still making a good profit even with a 20% refund. Please do not use this company; being dishonest about where the product is made should be illegal. I have photographic evidence if anyone wishes to check.

Terrible company, it broke the first time we opened it but when we complained they said that it was OK in transit and the most they would offer as a refund was 20% - which looking at these reviews seems to be the standard. If it happens to you, go to your bank and let them deal with it

AVOID CALLING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY: I placed my order on January 8, 2026 and after multiple times of emailing and calling them, I finally received my package on Tuesday, February 4th. When I opened the package, they sent items that I had not ordered and did not include any of the items that I ordered. They are telling me that they will give me 15% of my money back and I can just keep the items that I didn't order. Why would I want to keep something that I hadn't ordered and only then I would have to reorder my items that I wanted and have to pay for them again.

Ben zeer ontevreden!!!! Ik raad sterk af om bij dit bedrijf ook maar iets te bestellen.
Eerst krijg ik een powerbank toegestuurd met de helft van de capaciteit die ik besteld en betaald heb. Dit zonder enige toelichting waarom dat zo is.
Na het opsturen van foto's en veel emailverkeer werd er toegezegd dat ik nog zo'n powerbank zou ontvangen.
Uiteindelijk ontving ik dan een powerbank maar dan wel in de verkeerde kleur.
Had dus 1 witte 100.000 mAh powerbank besteld en heb nu een witte en een zwarte 50.000 mAh powerbank. Los van de kleuren moet ik nu dus 2 powerbanks meedragen als ik ze mee wil nemen, dat is dus het dubbele gewicht.
Heb uiteraard bezwaar gemaakt tegen deze gang van zaken en op een gegeven moment hebben ze in 2 mails zelfs beloofd dat ik alsnog een witte powerbank gratis zou krijgen toegestuurd ter vervanging van de zwarte. Dat is echter nooit gebeurd. Heb de bewijzen (hun mails) oneindig vaak aan ze voorgelegd maar elke keer wordt er heel sneaky omheen gedraaid en erover gelogen. Met bedriegers moet je geen zaken doen, dus wegblijven van hun site!!!!!!
