Got the oximeter mainly to keep an eye on things at home. It’s simple, clear and honestly not intimidating to use at all which helps a lot. The screen is easy to read and the numbers show up fast.

This company is a classic dropshipping operation that ignores legal obligations. After receiving a non-compliant product, they refused to provide a prepaid return label, which is a direct violation of Article 7:21 BW of the Dutch Civil Code. They repeatedly offer only a 50% refund to avoid their responsibilities. The matter has been reported to the police and I am initiating a charge back through my bank. Do not buy anything from them unless you want to lose your money. I get automatic scripted e-mails when they repeating the same. The communication with them is terrible...

The blood sugar meter and the oximeter set work flawlessly and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can accurately check my blood glucose and oxygen levels at home.

They had sent me the wrong product that I had ordered. Multiple messages have the same response. They will refund me 20 % for an item I DID NOT order and will NOT send me the product I ordered and paid for.
In their form they state that MANY of their customers accept the 20%.

Buyer beware of this fraudulent organization

I placed an order for one product and received 2 wrong items, when I contacted for a return I was told I could get a minor refund since it would cost more to return. The currency was written as € so don’t even know where it came from. Unless you are receiving here in the USA exactly what you need I would not order from them. I ended up losing money. The only thing good I have to say about them is they answered all emails in less than a day so they have good customer service.

I ordered a non invasive blood glucose meter from their website as per photo/info. I heard nothing for 10days, so e-mailed them? I had a reply stating they couldn't deliver to my location, so I replied asking for a refund? They replied saying that they had found a courier that would deliver to my address? The company is based in Holland, but item came from China, & took a long time. When it arrived, it was not what I had ordered & nothing like the photo on their website? I e-mailed them & they insist it's what I ordered! The item that arrived was an invasive blood glucose meter, i.e. you have to prick your finger (not what I orfered). I e-mailed telling them what arrived, & I want to return it & get a refund? They replied stating that postage & customs costs would be hugefor me, & offered me 15% refund? I refused, sending them a copy of their returns policy for wrong item for which the policy states that they will be responsible for the return cost? Their reply was to offer me 20% refund, & said that the big cost of return had to be at my cost? So have accepted the 20% refund because O am not getting anywhere with them, & have told them what I thought of them? I will warn my credit card company about them. Please do not deal with this company, it has a legit looking website but customer service is rubbish, plus they're selling cheap Chinese items at inflated prices.

Bought an ssd doesn't work just go na have to swallow the £89 that it cost after looking up other people's issues.

Positive- the cheap looking item did turn up from China on time...

Picked up a small external SSD for work stuff and random photos. It’s tiny, light and lives in my tote bag now without me thinking about it.

Wat een waardeloze webshop. Het horloge is totaal niet zoals op de afbeelding van de site. Ik wil het retour sturen, blijkt dat dit helemaal naar China moet ipv een adres in Nederland.. ik kan 20% terug krijgen....echt slecht.

OPLICHTERS! Ik krijg een defect artikel toegestuurd en krijg geen geld terug! Ze dreigen met zeer hoge retourkosten bestaande uit verzend en douanekosten en bieden je 15% van je aankoopbedrag retour als je het artikel houdt. Wat heb ik aan een defect artikel? Echt WAARDELOOS!! Dieven zijn het. Bestel hier niks, de artikelen zijn namaak/fake/nep en defect!!

If I can, I will give minus 100 for this company. It’s a total scam, don’t buy from them. They will send you low quality product from China, and actually wrong product, I recently ordered non invasive glucose meter and guess what? They send me cheap blood glucose meter, which is even not working, when I contact them with question they offer me 20% off and keep item, which I don’t need . Or I can send them back somewhere …. Adress not provided… and need pay for shipping, which probably more than I paid for that “scamming product”. What about 30 days money back guarantee??? No reply. So don’t trust its SCAM! Please report this company to reportfraud.ftc.gov

Don't buy from these folks. Ordered an SSD drive which was tacky as and doesn't work, quoted an outrageous price to have to return item to China even though it was sent (eventually) from Holland. Offered a 20% refund - I'm supposed to eat the other 80% of the purchase price. Do not touch with a bargepole, these are not honest transactions.

I had an initial problem with my purchase and maximum customer service was quick to help me resolve the problem and come up with a new solution. I really appreciated their quick help and would highly recommend them.

Van alles ging mis. Voor mijn partner kocht ik 2x set verwarmde onderkleding met een Powerbank, hiervoor zou ik ook 3 paar thermosokken cadeau krijgen. Totaal betaald € 135,88 1e zending duurde bijna 3 weken, alleen 2x top geleverd géén broeken.
Powerbank een week later gekregen, nog steeds geen broeken? En maar 1 paar sokken gekregen. 30 dagen retour beleid?? Waardeloze service en geld kwijt.

I wouldn't touch them with a barge-pole. They are lying crooks who have taken £32 of my money for nothing that works or that I wanted. They offered me a 20% discount if I keep their useless merchandise, and refused to supply a return address - that's probably because they are operating from somewhere in China, and not in Holland as they want you to believe that they are somewhere in Holland (by using bits and pieces of the dutch language in their communications and website. So be warned - all is not what it seems here

Ga niet met dit bedrijf in zee, de levering gaat wel goed (is dropshipping) maar van een eerlijke klachtafhandeling is er geen sprake.

Maximum Lifestyle neemt niet zijn verantwoordelijkheid, en houd zich hierbij niet aan de wet, als het gaat om het afhandelen van een klacht over een lamp die ik in november 2025 heb gekocht. Deze lamp doet het niet meer (hij wil niet meer opladen) maar ik krijg geen nieuwe, hij wordt niet gerepareerd en ik krijg ook niet mijn geld terug.

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they tell you to buy this needle less device and then ship you the pokey device and strips you've already got. Save your money. My mother in law got scammed by them. Spent $85 and they send wrong stuff and then tell her "we will give you 15% refund." It was there intentions to send wrong items and keep the rest of the money. Please please stop buying stuff from China!

Received 2 x 16TB flash drives. What arrived were two very tacky bits of plastic looking flash drives. They say they are solid state. To use them the mis spelt instructions say scan the QR code. There isn’t one supplied. Three days of emails back and fourth and still no code or app name so they are useless. They have now come up with some garbage charges to return the item. What ever you do don’t buy from this company. Crap quality, crap delivery and crap customer service.
