It’s difficult finding a window company to trust. It appears to be an industry full of dubious players. The last company we used went bust having made a monstrosity of a job on our house. What a beacon of light Maxlight are, fantastic product, fantastic people, incredible service. My faith has been restored!

My family and are very pleased with the quality and professionalism from all the team at Maxlight as they took on the very large project on our family estate. The service was second to none and they were a pure pleasure to work with. My mother has asked me to thank Andrew especially for his tireless work and calm approach to a very difficult and complex project. We would highly recommend Maxlights services if you are looking for a specialist. Thank you all once again.

I don't normally write reviews but felt the team at ML really deserved it. One of the few with a physical showroom and the most welcoming team. The journey started so well and just got better and better. What could have been stressful, as it was with other aspects of the build, turned out to be efficient and timely. Not sure what else to say other than I'd absolutely recommend ML to anyone

I am an architect, so discovered Maxlight from advertisement in RIBA magazine.
The finished product fully met my expectations. I also like how smooth the locking mechanism is. The doors although very big slide very well too.

I was also impressed by installation team. They arrived on time ( as stated in the email) and finished everything in one day. Very professional and experienced, unlike some other contractors I have to deal with, they clearly know what and how needs to be done.

The only room for improvement is the very long lead time. 9 weeks of waiting after the measurements are taken is very long for a small extension projects. Having said that, the result was worth the wait.

From start to finish the process was handled extremely well. Not pushy or complicated and the sales team were incredibly friendly. Other places were far more keen on getting our business but these guys seemed genuinely interested. The fitting was easy and the end result was amazing . What really won us over was this a unique product not variation of the usual offerings . Thank you Maxlight

While we are happy with the finished product, the customer support was shocking. Issues only resolved during fitting due to our intervention and hours of arguments were then claimed as fully successful. Excuses included inventing issues with the work our builders did in advance, previously described at survey as the best they had ever seen

I'm a serial renovator and (ex-interiror designer). it's inevitably the glazing solutions that give you the most to worry about, the biggest headache, whilst also making the biggest hole in your pocket. After much research and previous bad choices I decided to go with Maxlight. It was the best decision. They were impressive from start to finish. My sliding doors have just been fitted and the whole process was smooth and without hitch or delays. Their products are beautiful their client communication responsive and efficient - you feel held throughout the process. I'm one happy customer. Definitely in my little black book!

These windows look fantastic and really finished off the re-design of my home five years ago. One month after the warranty expired I noticed a problem and was worried it was serious. After contacting Maxlight they quickly identified and arranged for the fix.... re-inflating the sealed unit. So many times companies don't want to know once they've made their money. Good to see a company that offers a premium service with their premium product.

We bought two large 3-panel glass doors from Maxlight for a rear extension on our house. The engineers showed us how the locks worked after installing the doors and spent considerable time setting things up. Having used them before we found their doors to be of high quality and the company reasonable to work with. It is possible that the building has moved but Maxlight have agreed to adjust the door frame to correct the problem. If this gets sorted quickly, I will be happy with the service. The doors look great!
