Excellent facility, great staff. We were there to look at and experience a possible lift for our home. The lovely person guiding us was most helpful in letting us see and try the various options. The overall showroom is fabulous - spacious, with all sorts of facilities and ideas for one's home. Overall we found this an excellent and useful experience, well worth the trip.

IQ Glass offers excellent products; particularly their sliding doors, rooflights, and French doors, which interested us. Sam and Josh were extremely helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions thoroughly.

IQ Glass supplied us with many sliding doors from Panoramah. They are all rubbish. The doors have never fitted properly and are falling out of the tracks. We are in a windy location and the doors are completely unsuitable, constantly letting in air and water to such an extent the temperature in the house falls by a few degrees on windy days. IQ won’t come out unless you pay them in advance, and when they did they did not resolve any problems instead they left dirty hand prints on walls next to the doors they serviced and silicone spray running down the frames. It’s honestly the worst £125k I have ever spent and after our experience my architects have stopped using them. Avoid. During the design phase they kept making mistakes on the drawings and then would take another 10 working days to turn them around. All in all the delays caused by IQ cost us a whole extra year in construction. I’m writing this review at 23:45 at night, unable to sleep because of the wind howling around the doors and the rain gurgling in the tracks.

We had a delightful technician make a few repairs to our large sliding glass side door. It’s about 16 years old and showing a few signs of wear and tear which were repaired quickly and efficiently. Great service .

I can highly recommend IQ Glass. Back in 2014 we had every window in our home replaced with Slimfit aluminium double-glazed windows, and the whole process went perfectly. The installation was smooth and, to this day, we haven’t had a single issue.
More recently, we completed a large rear extension and chose IQ Glass again to install floor-to-ceiling slimline sliding glass doors. The quality and finish are outstanding. We never even considered going anywhere else — IQ Glass was the obvious choice for us.

The design is very good. We had a large window/door done and three roof windows. The door is a disappointment. The handle did not work - it has way too short a door handle not working and got a wonky repair. Then the coat started flaking and now the door is rusting - really poor quality, I would expected more. Hopefully they will help me rectify this and wont have to replace the whole thing at great cost.

We very much enjoyed our visit to the Skyhouse Design Centre @ IQ Glass Headquarters, arranged by Daniel Borthwick. A warm welcome, excellent service, and some fabulous designs for consideration and inspiration. We look forward to partnering with IQ Glass on our current project at Inwoods Park, Warwickshire, and we can't wait to see the window and glass installs very soon.

IQ Glass recently provided CPD training for our architectural team across two sites. It was really helpful to have them come to each office separately. Informative and well delivered.

Everything was great. The meeting to consider our plans & main concerns about temperature control under a glass roof was reassuring. Sarah was knowledgeable & patient, we spent 2 hours there & didn’t feel rushed. The showroom & the products were superbly laid out so we could open & close them, understand the mechanisms & options with IQ glass. It’s important to understand what may or may not work in our space. We have another company yet to see but IQ glass is currently to of the list.

Hi, we had some issues with leaking seals & gaskets around windows and doors at a coffee shop in Brighton. IQ were very helpful in dealing with this - sourcing a new, higher spec gasket and sending a technician to fit. They have been quick to respond and cooperative and friendly to deal with. Overall very pleased.

Jack Brown presented a fantastic CPD again to our team this year. He was very informative, friendly and helpful.
We regularly liaise with IQ glass as they help us on a lot of our architectural projects and their products are fantastic. The whole team are friendly and helpful and prompt at responding.

£22k installation misted in under 4 years.
Denied I had a 5 year warranty because it was a specialist installation. But I had contracted with one of their subsidiaries which was their specialist installation arm.
Unbeknown to me IQ Glass had placed the specialist subsidiary in Administration ( they bust it)
Fabrication and Installation was subcontracted. Expensive rubbish.

A very interesting CPD which was clearly presented and all our questions answered with plenty of thoughtful insight.

We genuinely enjoyed the presentation and were inspired by the possibilities your glazing products bring to our work. The thoughtful detailing and design approach opened up exciting new avenues for us to explore. Tom was an excellent presenter, and we’re excited about working together on future projects.

I had a very positive meeting with Alex. He was able to answer every question asked and due to the facility was then able to show me everything.

During my showroom visit, it was great to see the glazing systems first hand to help inform our decision-making for a new residence project.

The staff at IQ glass were incredibly helpful about making sure that I could see all the potential glazing systems we are considering for a single family residence project. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and my project, having coordinated the information necessary to discuss in advance of our meeting. They even agreed to meet on a weekend since that was the most convenient for me. I look forward to continuing my work with IQ Glass!
