Utterly disgusting service from Emma located in the Tesco Extra, New Square, West Bromwich.
I was totally ignored upon arrival , waited patiently for around 6 minutes then when she finally acknowledged me , I jokingly said that I wondered if I was invisible, to which she shouted back that I have eyes to see that she was busy and that customers should know to wait patiently!
She absolutely scared my 11 year old daughter who asked me if we could leave. However I still advised Emma that I wanted to hand in my disposable camera for developing, to which she shrugged her shoulders and said ‘that’s gonna take a week because I’ll have to send it off’
And made no attempt to deal with my request .
Due to this disgusting and vile behaviour I just left . I am so disappointed in this Company having employees like that.

She was consistently professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my experience, making me feel genuinely valued as a customer. She handled every question with patience and efficiency, ensuring that everything was dealt with smoothly and promptly. Her positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. She is a real credit to the team, and her exceptional customer service deserves to be recognised.

Visited the Maghull Max Spielmann today and was served by the new manager Mandy, she was absolutely amazing, she couldn’t do enough, and we had a laugh as well, excellent customer service from start to finish, I will definitely be back, she was patient and kind and dealt with other customers with the same respect, she needs a pay rise, just for being her!! I was in the Inverness tesco (Golden Mile) on the 4th July and a wee corner of the shop is Max Spielmann. The service I received from the guy (sorry i didnt get your name, but hes is young, tall and has a beard) was absolutely outstanding, he helped me get my photos, he was helping others get their photos. He have a lovely manner with everyone. So a big shout out to him.

I had the good fortune to meet Bash.
Immediately recognised him as a true professional, his customer service skills are excellent, he comes across as a very caring person.

Went here on the 2nd July for passport photos. This was in the glenrothes shop.
Linda was fantastic she informed me they offered passport assistance. She renewed my passport for me online. They sent my old passport away as well. I received my new passport 6 days later. It was faster than doing 1 week fast track through the post office. Great friendly service from Linda thank you for your help.

Amazing customer service
I hadn't used a photo booth in 10 years and how haven't they come on!
I did have some 'user error' issues plus an odd technical difficulty but Stephen in customer support was amazing. Within minutes of reporting my issue he had written back offering a resolution.

I spent ages trying to crop my
photos at home ready to print so they would fit into smaller frames which were a present. Ash at Brookfield, Cheshunt effortlessly helped me and produced the perfect result first time round! All done speedily and with good grace.

What a lovely experience I’ve had from Diana Q, she went above and beyond! She helped me print my photos off, pick some beautiful frames then she took the time to put all my photos in the frames, sellotape the back to avoid the photos sliding! She was so friendly & we had a lovely chat while waiting! I hope to see her again when I come back

Glitter mug is a no
I would advise anyone not to pick the glitter mug, as it goes over your tiny pictures, feels cheap, and cannot be put in the dishwasher. However, the customer service I received upon my review, was excellent, and I am happy to say the end result is to my satisfaction.

Max Spielman photograph machine in Tesco Polmont. Beware if you have been directed to a third party site. This site TOTALAV is a malicious virus that they are aware of & trying to deal with it.
Customer Care (Timpsons) replied to my issues with this promptly which has now given me the confidence to deny this company any payment they THINK may be due.
TotalAV has requested more information to verify my true experience with them.
I have now raised a case for refund through PayPal. The information TOTALAV is personal information and for my security this will not be forwarded, especially when Max Spielman (Timpsons) regard them as using a malicious virus to invade their product

Loughborough Branch - First Class
Great experience at the Loughborough Branch , such helpful guys, really great passport photo taken professionally , available instantly as a digital code to use online along with four professionally printed cut out photos, given in a little wallet. Perfect!
Of course as soon as you get your new passport photo you find your passport….. but the guys in store also gave me great advice on what to do if you have lost it.
Really impressed and such helpful team members at this branch .
