Shoes are terrible! They are really cheap. Plastic
They are very small, and they will not give money back. They have to pay your own shipping which is more than the Shoes cost.

The old bait and switch is perfected by this company. I ordered blue suede boots and got plastic/fabric facsimiles. They do not do refunds. I feel used.

Poor quality shoes. Bad sizing. The back stitching tore the first time I put them on. Refund requires FedEx back to China which costs more than the shoes. Total scam. Don’t buy their junk.

Do not buy from Maxwell Carter! Their products are cheap and they do not respond to emails asking how to return an item. Shirt was too big and quality awful. Tried to contact them multiple time but no response,

I bought two pairs. I think they sent the wrong size because they are way too small but I can’t tell because I can’t even find the size on the shoe. I emailed them to try to return them and they said I had to pay to send them back to China via Fed Ex and I would have to pay any import tariffs. Pretty sure that will cost me more than the shoes are worth. Not a good business and I would discourage anybody from making the same mistake I just made. I’ve done lots of online shopping and usually companies are much easier to deal with when returns are needed. Not this one. You better hope the shoes fit if you decide to go ahead and place the order.

Their website specifically states that without contacting them for a return information, they will not accept any return; however, they do not respond to any written requests. I purchased a pair of shoes that are basically cheap plastic and nothing like the description and have contacted them three times asking for Information on how to return and they have yet to respond. The shoes will be in the trash!

It's a scam metchabdyse is cheap and looks nothing like products displayed no return information and when one attempts to contact them for help with returns email provided is invalid

Pre-purchase research yielded a Virginia based company. This company is in China. I purchased 2 beautifully pictured shirts showing substantial neck material that could be folded or scrunched into a chin-high or lower profile. I sized up 2 sizes so I could scrunch more, but received a highly modified design in a boatneck style with no neck fabric. The shirts were child-sized with inferior & see-through cheap cotton. The stitching was crooked all over the garments.

I contacted the company on their “Contact us” link for a return. My voice mails yielded a recorded message stating no customer service agents are available, didn't allow the caller to leave a voice mail, & stated to contact them at an online address given in the recording.
Further emails to the stated link finally yielded a canned message to “My dear friend” offering a 10% refund in lieu of a high cost to ship to a Chinese company of a different name. In exasperation, I agreed. After further message exchanges in which they insisted the credit was given but my bank received nothing, they credited me $3 instead of $9.
