Return parcel issue
There was an issue with a parcel I had sent back for a refund and it was resolved super quickly. Isabelle was brilliant in helping sort the issue out.

Isabelle was incredibly helpful when I required a last minute exchange on a bridesmaid dress that was purchased in January 2023. DO NOT USE
So I ordered my wedding dress from this company costing just over 200 pounds. Delivery was prompt with no issues. The dress itself was absolutely beautiful. It was very difficult to get it on so I'm not sure if it was true to Size.
During the wedding service in church the dress started to fall apart. I was absolutely mortified. The sequins all came off onto the floor. There was cotton hanging from the arms that I tried to get rid off but in the end just had to break it off. I was very embarrassed and my husband was disgusted. Soon as I got home I took it off and threw it away.

Beautiful Maya Deluxe dress…
Absolutely beautiful Maya Deluxe dress it fitted really well and was true to size.
We purchased these dresses for the older girls and the Maya dresses for the little girls too and they received many compliments wearing them.
I also needed to contact customer service for a small issue and they they were very quick to respond and dealt with my issue brilliantly.

Really disappointed with service
Ordered a wedding dress on Monday and website stated next day delivery before 3PM. You have no option to change it and charges you £6.99. It’s Thursday now and no dress. No contact number to call either. Sent a message through the website and had email yesterday asking for my order reference. Provided it straight away and still waiting for a response. Not good when it’s your wedding dress that you have ordered. Taking the shine of what should be a really exciting time!!!
Update. After posting this. Email received. Dress not in stock and refund on its way. So disappointed

The reason for the delay was not in any way to ignore your valid complaint, but because we wanted to make sure that when we responded, we could detail the changes we have made as a company to address the points you have made.
During the time of your order Maya deluxe migrated from one platform to another, which caused numerous issues, including the one you had experienced. Whilst issues like this are unpredictable, we also agree that we could have handled it better, and provided the customer service you needed and deserved.
As a result of this review we have added our contact number to several pages on the website, including to the top banner of every page. We will also be shortly adding several postal options to the Maya website, including free delivery.
I know that we can never undo the issues and inconvenience we have caused, but if you do decide to shop with us again, we would look forward to the opportunity to show you what Maya really stands for, and the quality service we are able to provide.

Paid for a dress and paid the £6.99 royal mail special delivery they charge (there is no other postage option) 5 days later I still haven't received the dress despite paying for it to be delivered the next day, check my account it says processing order so send a message through 'contact us' no response so send an email and receive a computerised response telling me how to log into my account, I thought ok I'll check again incase it's been updated, there is no change. So I email and then receive a reply saying it's out of stock!!!!! How can it be out of stock when you've allowed me to order it and pay for it????? A week later and I still havent received a refund so now I'll have to go through my credit card company. Will not be using Maya deluxe again!
