We are so happy with the dress we had custom-made! The staff was so kind and offered great advice to make the dress perfect for our daughter—she loves it! The quality is amazing, and it was finished and delivered much earlier than we anticipated!

I know it’s super sketch to think about buying a wedding dress off AW Bridal but trust me, this one is amazing!! I didn’t want to spend an arm and leg on a dress that I was only going to wear once. I kept reading the reviews on this one and finally bit the bullet and bought it! It took about two weeks to get in! I was so impressed with the shipping time. Get someone to help with the measurement guide and it will fit PERFECTLY! I got mine without the belt, was not a fan of the belt personally. I will say the dress is WHITE white lol hopefully you can tell what I mean by pictures but it is BEAUTIFUL in person and has lots of beautiful lace and beaded detail on it!! All of my pictures turned out perfect in it! Such a great dress ESPECIALLY for the price!! Just buy it!!!!Read Less

I would not recommend. I first paid for two dresses with the intention of trying both on and sending one back. I received an email stating that wasn’t allowed and I had to choose one dress even though it was NOT a custom order. I received a refund for the one dress I chose not to ship due to their policy( the return policy states you can return non custom orders even though you can’t). The dress I did choose arrived and was very low quality and fit horribly, so I asked to send it back. They kept trying to refund me $20 instead of accepting the return $100 dress. I ending up paying for the shipping back to only never receive a refund for the dress. Horrible experience!

Don't believe a word of their reply. They failed to reply to me in a timely manner as they claimed, and they DID NOT flag my order to see that I mistakenly ordered two dresses. I was only partially refunded for the one ordered in error, minus tax and shipping..No problem, I have, and will continue to advise my friends not to do business with this company.

Like another reviewer, I ordered 2 dresses from AW Bridal last October (Just under £200, foolishly paid for using a Direct Debit card) . When they arriived, they were lovely but too small and were nowhere near the correct UK size I had ordered. The company originally tried to decline any right of return and refund ordered and eventually sent me instructions which asked me to pay for signed delivery return to China and to declare the parcel value as just $20. So the return cost me a further £45 only for the incorrect value declaration to cause the parcel to be stopped by Chinese Customs, in late November (presumably because import duties were now payable). Royal Mail tracking has not shown any movement since then (still stuck in customs) and emailing the company has just led to emails saying they have not had any contact from Chinese Customs and since the goods have not been received back, they will not refund me for the goods.

So - you do exactly what they say and the company get a perfect excuse just to keep your money - regardless of whether the return package is ever gets released by customs or not.

If you still feel you want to trust these scammers, pay by credit card whatever else you do and certainly go a size or two bigger than your standard UK size.

All of this chasing up via email and getting told they are contacting customs on their end and to give them another few weeks has now reached the stage where I have slipped past the 120 day limit for seeking a chargeback on my Debit Card payment. (I now suspect this 'stringing along' was another deliberate ploy by the company) With a CC, at least I might still have been able to request a refund.

Bitterly disapppointed by this whole experience. If the dress you get fits you, you might still consider this a bargain but if anything isn't right, don't waste your time with their customer services, you need to seek a refund from your card provider straight away or you can kiss your money goodbye.

This dress is great quality! So cute and true to size. I would definitely purchase from here again. The order took a few weeks to come in which is better than months like a lot of other bridesmaids dresses. I definitely recommend!

So happy I found this website. I was looking for a dress for my granddaughter's wedding and really wasn't sure what I wanted. After finding the style and color of the dress, I was amazed that you could actually custom order your size for the perfect fit. I'm 5'2, 160# with a round middle section and if I ordered a standard size that would mean some sort of alterations. Having custom sizing available at no additoinal cost was the deal breaker. I placed my order on Feb. 2nd and received my dress on Feb. 22nd and couldn't be happier! Tailored made just for me. Because I love this dress so much, I will be ordering again for other events.

They customized the dress for free, delivered it very quickly, and the dress fits perfectly and is beautiful.
I can only recommend them!

My experience with AW Bridal was excellent. I ordered one size to try and returned it with no trouble. Then, I ordered the next size up to allow for easier breathing, with some custom measurements. The dress arrived as I'd ordered it. When I had a question for the company, they responded quickly with a satisfactory answer to my question. The dress is very pretty and feels like good quality.

I am so impressed with this company. They allow you to give your measurements and they make the dress to order. The dress is exactly what I envisioned it would be. And the best part is that I told them when the wedding would be and it arrived with more than enough time for me to make sure everything works. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely fabric well made but unfortunately needed a made to measure. Take measurements as if you were making at home particularly arm sizes etc. After a tricky start it was all sorted. Also ensure you use a good return service…. Not to be advised.

My custom dress fit perfectly! I had requested two alterations to the original design and AW Bridal worked with me to make both happen. And it came out exactly as I wanted! The dress was very well made, too. I would definitely order again!

Ordered three different dresses as had three bridesmaids and wanted them to wear different styles. Aw Bridal emailed me and told me that if I ordered three dresses I was waiving my right to refund two of them, which is ILLEGAL. When I called them out for practicing illegally and threatened to report them, they cancelled my order. AVOID THIS SCAMMY COMPANY.

I ordered a custom sized dress (Asma) which was beautiful but I had an issue with the sizing which was hugely wrong - the bust was 5-6 inches larger than it should have been. After going back and forth to provide evidence, customer support agreed that there was an error somewhere in the process and gave a full refund for the dress. The dress itself is beautiful and would be perfect if it was made to the correct size. Perhaps wouldn’t have had this issue if purchasing a standard sized dress.

This was a beautiful process. I found the dress and began the order. I am very pear shaped and the person who received my order noticed this because I ordered the size I needed for my hip measurement, customer service contacted me and walked me through getting the right size so that the top wasn't 3 sizes too large. The process was courteous and non invasive. It was suggested I order custom using my measurements. Boy did I worry. My dress is perfect except I will have gussets put in the sleeves. But my husband said the dress is really beautiful on me. Then I thought I had a shipping issue and their team was spot on helping me locate my package. Thank you so much for helping me look lovely.
