Beds delivered this morning, we have just set them up and are very impressed with them.
We ordered 3 beds for our new home and every one of them are beautiful. The mattresses are also very comfortable. 10/10

I bought a king size luxury Aura Bed from this company. From the time we landed on the website, until the time I received the bed, the customer journey was one of the best I have experienced when purchasing a piece of furniture online. The bed was just as I expected the detailing and upholstery on the headboard is clearly done by highly qualified craftspeople ,the only slight issue we had was the bed was delivered on day 16 from the day we ordered it however a slight delay was certainly worth the wait. They use a 3rd party courier company but they were also very helpful on the day bringing the bed into our home without damaging anything. I was initially concerned about the size and measurements provided because we were tight on space however Ryan the manager who was dealing with our order was very calm and reassuring and offered me an an option to double check the size once we move in just to be sure, this put our nerves at calm. the king size just fit perfectly into our room so we didn’t need to make any amendments to our order.
Overall the Mayfair bed co team we’re so supportive as we had to buy blind for our new home and didn’t want anything to go wrong, they answered all our many questions and did this very promptly.

I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are thinking about buying from them, Just buy you won’t regret it.
From my experience you will not be disappointed. And for the price compared to some other bed companies it’s a complete win win.

We had been looking for a new bed for some time. We saw a youtube advert for Mayfair bed Co and absolutely fell in love with the luxury kristiana bed. We spoke to them over the WhatsApp chat prior to ordering and a sales woman gave us a call also to make sure we were satisfied with what we were ordering. Amy from the sales team talked us through the full process which was very reassuring and put our hesitancy at peace. The bed was delivered within the 14 day timescale Amy advised prior to purchasing. It was fairly easy to assemble also, the instructions were pretty simple but the assembly was pretty straight forward. The bed is lovely all set up and once decorated we will be posting a nice picture on our homes social media account. Overall I can't fault this company. Everything was done is such a calming and professional manner. Will be recommending this company to all my followers.

Ordered a bed a few weeks ago, support team are defiantly not available 24/7 but they did keep me updated with the delivery of the bed and it did arrive on the day they said.

But unfortunately the bed was missing several parts, the courier firm tried to leave the bed with us but we refused it because we have seen some of the negative reviews on here about parts missing and it taking months to resolve. We have our 2nd baby due in 2 weeks so really wanted this bed installed before the due date, I doubt that is possible anymore.

I have emailed and sent WhatsApp the support number but they have been ignored if it was 24/7 support they should have been replied to by now.

Hopefully I get a reply tomorrow and this can be resolved but I doubt it's going to happen so will be contacting PayPal for a full refund.

Such a shame as it looked like a stunning bed and when I spoke to the sales team and questioned the negative reviews on trust pilot I was told they were not true and were written by competitors.

Order 4211- Ordered the winger Ariana bed with ottoman box matching the bed. The bed itself looks great and is built very well. The after sales service we received was also very good and what I would expect from a family run business. Adam and Alex great with dealing with our questions. Would recommend.

Where to start 🤦‍♂️,

Bed was delivered to my wife whilst I was working. Delivery driver was rude to my wife aswell as basically throwing the bed in the house. Packaging was damaged but luckily the bed wasn't.

Instructions for the bed are terrible, had no guidance as how to connect the head board together, holes in the bed are drilled in different places than the drawing has noted. The support bar was far to short so due to this the bed would not completed properly. Also the completed bed is not as the website picture, the bed on the website sits flush, the one I've built sits on top of the frame, due to the ottoman that was extra money im guessing but the company didn't state thi.

I spoke to the company a few times and after months I got another bar sent out that was the same size as the first one. As I wasn't will to wait months again for yhem to send another bar the same size I took matters into my own hands. I had to redrill holes so the mattress sits in the bed, also bought spacers so I can secure the support frame as it's meant to be as it was 40mm short.

All in all with this experience and if I had the time again I would rather sleep on the floor the rest of my life than deal with these useless cowboys again when trying to get a bed.

They also said we would be refunded £75 of the over £1000 I paid for the bed but as you can guess this was never seen.

In fairness the bed looks decent now I've rebuilt it and sorted it but its just not worth the money or the hassle that's came with it.

The sales team discussed the different bed and headboard styles, and also the upholstery choices available to me. I found the sales team particularly helpful and informative, which made my decision very straight forward.
Once I had placed the order, I was kept informed of the developments, and delivery was arranged quickly and conveniently.

I Love my new bed, absolutely stunning new statement piece to our room. Had the best experience during this purchase. Everything was up to standard if not better. Friendly and helpful customer service. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BUYING AGAIN.

Just received my bed today ordered the luxury Kristiana. Just wanted to start off by saying the service from the get go was amazing the gentleman on the phone kept us up to date as soon as we required. The couriers let us know before they where coming the whole process was seamless and the looks amazing. Great job guys !

5* service from Adam and the team. Very happy with how our order was handled, the team were we very professional in offering their advice on the items we were interested in. We ordered the Louis sofa, and the Octavius bed with the 80 inch headboard. All of which we are very happy with! The courier company was also very professional and assembled on our request. Order number 2079- Very satisfied overall, bed is amazing quality, the design is something that we had never seen before with the high sides, this is what we had been looking for for ages! the headboard we went for was the extended 80 inch version, which came in 2 pieces as requested so we could get it up our narrow staircase. would recommend this company as i was very satisfied with the way our order was handled.

Pleasantly surprised with this company. The service recieved went above and beyond what we expected. From the ease of arranging the delivery to quality of the bed we recieved. 10/10. We had been looking for a new bed and we found the perfect one! Also we asked to get delivery prior to xmas as it would be our first xmas in our new home, mayfair bed co went above and beyond to ensure we recieved it in time and it is all we could ever wish for! Absolutely unprofessional delivery service with disgusting communication. I was not given a delivery date or time slot - a driver randomly messaged me one evening to say my bed was 20 minutes away - giving me no notice at all so obviously I was unable to take the delivery.

The following week the same happened again but at 7am on a Saturday! One missed call and a message to say my bed had been left OUTSIDE - vulnerable to weather damage and theft! Under no circumstances did I give the company permission to leave my bed outside in the rain. The wood of the bed was soaking wet by the time I got to the property it was at! Hopefully it’s not too damaged to assemble and doesn’t make it weak! When I call to confront the driver regarding this he shouted abuse down the phone and blocked my number. I was extremely close to taking legal action and I will continue to do so if there’s any damage.

This is absolutely appalling to treat customers who buy items of such high value (totalling £1300). I would not recommend this company again and I question whether their reviews on their website are legit or not, especially considering they have to be reviewed first! BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY!

This company offered the best customer service, best quality beds and kept their promises throughout the process.

Will be buying again soon.
