Please see my original review. If I had bought the dress from Solace at £423 or Farfetch at £550, I would have tried it on and returned it and incurred no cost at all. This is a warning to people. In the UK distance selling rules apply and we are not used to be treated like this by retailers. If I had known this and it had been clearly spelt out at purchase, instead of hidden in the small print, I wouldn’t have bought it. The whole purpose of shopping online is to be able to try clothes and return them if not suitable.

The process was seamless from start to finish—from browsing and checkout to delivery. The item arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition, which I truly appreciate.

Trustworthy retailer! Due to shipment delay, the team personally delivered the bag and was also surprised by a box of cupcakes given together.

The packaging and delivery process can be further improved. There was no official receipt given from the actual store in Milan. The bag was received very warm upon delivery (placed in car boots?)…not sure if it was taken good care of during the process as prolonged exposure to excessive heat will be harmful to leather goods.
