Purchased a Maze flatweave rattan sofa set in 2017. After 3 years i noticed some splits, but thought nothing of it. Since then the rattan on the arms has literally broken into pieces. It is just brittle and falls apart. The whole set has always been covered during the winter, and in all honesty, hardly been used. I can only put it down to poor quality flat weave rattan (in my opinion not for for purpose). I understand the Maze warranty on the rattan is only 12 months, so no point going back to the retailer regarding this issue, however, I thought this issue should be brought to the attention of future purchasers of Maze products.

I have also posted this review against another company called Maze Rattan as they link to the same website. The reviews on that company are similar to mine with lots of people having issues with faulty rattan.

Very professional from start to finish. Delivered nicely and although it took a little time to put together, it wasn’t difficult and the furniture was very well wrapped and everything went beautifully. Now waiting for our next delivery of our sofas. Would order from Maze again. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Having paid £4000 for a pergola only to have the LED lights fail after 6months. No offer for replacement parts or support from the manufacturer after speaking to them for over 2 months via the retailer Matressman. Will not purchase from this manufacturer again.

Our terrific value garden set arrived beautifully packaged and , even better fully assembled.
Obviously time will tell but the furniture looks superbly made and we’re looking forward to many happy hours in our garden which has now become an added room thanks to Maze!

Maze are fantastic. Not only are their products beautiful but their after sales service is second none. We had a minor problem with an igniter and they sent out a team without any hesitation who promptly adjusted the igniter casing and voila - perfect working order! You can only tell if a company is good when something doesn’t quite go to plan and on that basis, I would say Maze are excellent- highly recommend and I would definitely order from them again. Special thanks to the guys who came out.

Oh wow i love my new white aluminium pergola. It looks stunning and really finishes off my seating area. It classy looking and i’m excited for it to get dark so i can use the lighting. simply stunning. Lovely men too who delivered it. Polite and friendly !! Thank you.

Furniture is well made and gorgeous and as the for delivery drivers, absolutely amazing, thanks again.

The drivers were the most polite young guys I have met for a long time. We were their last delivery (7:30pm) after a very long and hot day, and they had a long drive back to Cambridge but you would never have known, they were very friendly and super helpful. I have not yet opened the package but felt the need to write up a review on the delivery team, as they were exceptional. Give them a raise ;) Product review to follow.
