Rating based on delivery only... the guy did as required, but the Polish woman with him was rude and frankly useless. The male delivery driver needed the help of my other workmen to get larger sections in to the garden. I'm sure the pergola though will be superb once installed.

Great pergola, delivery and fitting
The pergola itself is really good quality. Really happy with the delivery and fitting. The two fitters were very polite, tidy and explained exactly what they were doing and how it worked.

Lovely quality and easy to use website
Really lovely quality sofa/chaise long garden set. The delivery was quicker than I expected and I paid to have it assembled and the packaging taken away which was worth it!
I would definitely use this company again.

My pergola assembling.
The assembling team were excellent. They understood the installation guide provided for porcelain wouldn't work at my location so they waited while I did a deep foundation using 50cm M8 rod where the 4 stand sits on. I really appreciate that from them, they communicated very well.

Fantastic service!
Fantastic service from ordering to delivery - less than a week between order to delivery. Used the platinum assembly / packaging removal service and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Maze Living again for future purchases. Oh, and very good value too!
