The website quoted 7-10 days delivery but I waited 8 weeks. I took a day off work for installation but they did not arrive. I would have appreciated a call to inform me. Feel like I've missed this summer. The guys who delivered and assembled my pergola were terrific. Demonstrated how to use

What brilliant service,

Great instal from Dave and Jack who worked efficiently and respectful of my property. On time and called to set time they would arrive. Demonstrated the pergola for me and made sure I could access my patio doors. It’s was a hot day but they just got on with it. Thank you both for a great service.

Just received my furniture, delivery driver was very helpful. We paid £20 when purchasing the items for them to take away the cardboard, very good idea. Corner sofa looks fab, well made and free covers. (ethos). Outside all year and don't have to store cushions

Delivered on time by two friendly guys who carefully packed the boxes and gave me some instructions with assembly, only unpacked a few items but seems a good quality product

Excellent customer service and communication. Everything happened as and when it was supposed to, no issues at all with their service and on-going support. I've been delighted with our garden furniture and would definitely use this company again in the future.

From order to delivery the service was perfect. Special thanks to the Alan and Charlie who delivered the sets, built them within no time and took away all the packaging. Will definitely be using Maze again in the future.

Stunning quality. I've had a 4m x 4m pergola and spent a full day building it, but what a piece of kit. Really impressed with the quality and how easy to build. Came with full LED light system and 4 blinds. Even in wind and rain the roof let's no water through. Would recommend this pergola and Maze. All credit to you Maze Outdoor.

Friendly and helpful delivery personnel. Phoned in advance of arrival and helped with some unpacking as the box wouldn’t fit through the door. They also kindly took away the huge box.

The two guys who delivered were quick, efficient, polite and both had great personalities.

Great service from the guys delivering our bar fire pit dining set. They offered to assemble and remove packaging for a fee on the day and gladly took them up on the offer.

Navigating the website, choosing the right product and the checkout process was super easy.

Turn around time was less than 3 weeks, as I had to wait for it to be back in stock, which is fine. Probably could have been a bit quicker, as the company did have stock refill earlier, but then heard nothing from them until I phoned up.

Delivery and installation was done very effectively and efficiently in less than 2 hours.

The product looks amazing and works really well.

The only slight niggle I had was the communication was a bit lack from when the order was placed till delivery. Had to nudge them a few times to see what's going on and when delivery could be done.
