We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when luck isn't on your side.
At mBit, we offer games from licensed, independent providers that use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, as well as a selection of Provably Fair games, allowing players to independently verify the fairness of each outcome. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds, so individual sessions can vary significantly due to game volatility and chance.
We value your feedback and take all concerns seriously. If you have questions about a specific game or session, our support team will be happy to review it with you and provide any available information.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us better understand our players' experiences. If you have any specific concerns about a game or session, our support team would be happy to review them with you.

Lots of bucks with no bang
I have poured endless dollars into this casino and time to meet their markers for certain promotions and whatnot and I have found that I am very very seldomly winning enough to pull out and the bonuses that you get are just a joke they're free spins are laughable I mean they'll give you a 10 free spin or 15 maybe if you're lucky maybe 25 and you literally never make more than pennies even on their weekly thing where you have to pour the amount of money equal to your level which mine was second to highest so I had to pour in at least 150 bucks a week and I did just to get maybe 50 to 75 if I was lucky 100 spins where I guess what I would never get more than a couple dollars again it is just the worst show of recognition of appreciation I have seen out of any of the platforms. anewshayna

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.
We understand how frustrating it can be to invest significant time and money into a platform and feel that the rewards and promotions don’t reflect your level of loyalty. We recognize that expectations around free spins, weekly rewards, and VIP benefits are an important part of the overall player experience, and we’re sorry that these offerings haven’t met your expectations.
Promotional rewards and free spins are designed as additional benefits, and because they are tied to RNG-based games, outcomes can vary greatly from player to player. We completely understand, however, that consistently low returns from these rewards can feel discouraging.
Your comments regarding player recognition and appreciation are valuable to us. Feedback like yours helps us better understand where players feel improvements can be made, particularly in the areas of loyalty rewards and perceived value. We truly appreciate your honesty and thank you for sharing your perspective with us.

Mbit is by far one of the best online casinos I’ve played; and I’ve pretty much played them all! They are one of a kind and overall best platform out there; from the game selection to promotions … and definitely customer support. I recently contacted them about free play and because I was a regular depositor; they didn’t mind offering me a few free spins to return the favor… I should take advantage of their promotions more often but I have to say, i appreciate the fact yall appreciate me by giving yalls gratitude for my deposits. I give Mbit a 10/10 5 stars!!
