mBit is my one and only online casino!
I've tried many online casinos and mBit is pretty much the only one I still use, I've been a faithful player going on 2 years now. Huge game selection, fast and seamless deposits and withdrawals, and great customer service. Their community arcade on discord is amazing and sets them apart from all others also. They have daily quizzes where you can win free spins and perks! 10 out of 10!

Where your gameplay feels fair!
There are lots of online casinos to choose from, but if you’ve looked into them at all, you’ll know that not all of them are legit. Some of them seem to punish you after you have a win and it seems like you can’t win again until you “pay them back,” you know what I mean. It seems like there’s all kinds of tricks for casinos to always come up at your expense. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that casinos are a business, and they want to make $, and your loss is their gain. That’s just how it is. Ok, so here’s the part where I tell you that I think MBit is as fair as you are gonna find! They have a wonderful customer service! Their withdrawals are lightning fast! They have great bonuses, and if any issues do arise, they genuinely care about resolving the situation right away. Can you ask for more than that? Oh and they have a great game selection, and unlike some other casinos out there, you don’t have to sell your first born to get to VIP status! They have bonuses, and fun, random perks for every level of play from beginner to VIP royalty- I’ve spent my fair share of time looking for an online casino that wasn’t just one big scam- and I think I found it! So, if you’re looking to try out an online casino or make a switch and escape the scandalous scam Casino you’re signed up with now; make the move to Mbit - were your gameplay feels fair ;)

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and would like to assure you that we take concerns like this very seriously. At mBitcasino, we strive to provide a secure and fair environment for all players, and we never close accounts or withhold funds without due process.
In this particular case, your account unfortunately did not pass our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. As a licensed and responsible operator, we are required to comply with strict verification standards to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform for all players.
We understand this process can be frustrating, especially if expectations around communication weren't met — and for that, we sincerely apologize.
Thank you again for your feedback.

I’m absolutely surprised at how efficient MBits customer service is! Not only was my issue resolved it was resolved within a few minutes! Unlike all the other online casinos that can take literal weeks to get a response! Kate was nice, under standing and knew how to fix the issue. I’m new to this casino but so far I am impressed!

Not worth it
I screen record everything i play on mbit and i can assure you they are not quality games, they don't pay out, bonus is a joke. I have a lot of time and money into this and its all recorded. I can without a doubt say they have very low odds of winning and that's any given day. I hope to find a better and actually legit online experience. If you like to throw money away this is the site to do it at.

I’ve played on several crypto casinos
I’ve played on several crypto casinos. Mbit is by far the worse. Can’t win anything on mbit. Good luck trying to spin into a bonus it’s just dead spins and takes your money. I’ve played for 3 years now so I know what other sites are like. This one is a scam. And the rewards system is terrible and a scam too

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your recent experience with mBit hasn’t met your expectations, especially after playing with us for several years.
We understand how frustrating it can be to go through long periods without landing a bonus round or significant win. However, we want to reassure you that our games are provided by licensed and verified providers, and all outcomes are based on fair and provably random systems. We have no control over individual game results or bonus frequencies.
Regarding the rewards program, we’re constantly working on improving our offers and VIP experience based on player feedback, and your input is valuable to that process. If you’d be open to it, we’d be happy to review your account and see if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience.

So I hadn't played here in a while but I've been a member for years. I had played I don't know deposited a little amount but I think it was like 20 bucks or something and then I played that through later on that day or the next day I had some change laying around in my coinbase so I deposited on to my game 25 minutes goes by I realize it had not hit in my wallet then I realized I sent two little amount and I immediately went back and sent more than enough to cover what I was lacking which was only less than a dollar and they kept it all they kept it all never put one single sent to my account and they said that they can't because of the people who they go through for their deposits were not put that money on my account if it's less than the amount that they say I call b******* who you looking out for really is what I'd like to know the people that put money in your pocket and food on your table or you looking out for the people who handle your deposits

Hi there,
Our payment provider can only process transactions that are equal to or above the minimum required amounts. Any transaction you send that is under the minimum required amount, will not be processed. This means that our payment provider will not recognize the transaction and will not send the funds from the blockchain to the casino and to your casino deposit address. The process is automated and has no human interaction, which is the reason why deposits under the minimum are not reaching your account. This is why we clearly state the minimum deposit for each currency on the deposit page. We apologize for any disappointment this has caused, please reach out to support@mbitcasino.io for any further assistance regarding this matter.
Thanks for your feedback.
Do not trust Mbit
Do not trust Mbit, they have become take and do not give a long with do not care nor respect the people that support them by depositing even though they keep losing and get nothing in return for their loyalty. I have watched their games go from fair to glitching and slowing down leaving you without even a dream of winning. They do not treat people the way we treat them and have no worries of losing customers, or care if you stop depositing because they are following Ebay's beliefs. For every person they lose another five will join. But just like Ebay karma will prevail. If you are one of the ones affected by them take comfort in this. Their numbers will fall along with their Trustpilot score and if you are thinking about playing with them do not you will find the good ones if you see through the fake reviews and find the real ones.

Hello Pat,
We’re sorry to hear that you have been displeased with your experience lately. We understand how frustrating it can be when luck doesn’t seem to be on your side. Please know that all games are Provably Fair and the outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) software, ensuring fair play across all players.
We’d love to take a closer look into the case of glitching games and see if there’s anything we can assist with. Could you please reach out to our support team via live chat or email at support@mbitcasino.io and explained the games that glitched, the times you played, and the devices you used? Screenshots would also be helpful.
We’re happy to investigate and provide any insights that might help. Looking forward to assisting you!

Played here before and now mBit has changed 180*, I made like 15 deposts 50-100$ and have never went over 250$ (90% of times did not went over deposit amount). 2 of my friends also played here for a while past two months, win rate is impossible, if you plan to deposit and play slots , you lost you money 99% channce. They turned down win rate for sure. In total me and my friends we made around 40 deposits, and we never win anything. mBit times are gone. I played same games in different casinos and win rate is tottaly different, just avoid this casino. They just take money and dont give a f* about you to have at least 1 win.

Need 10x Wager of your deposit to cash out!!!!!
This website lets you deposit thousands of dollars no issue, even offer a bitcoin purchase gig from there website.
Then they let you cash out 100 or 200$ of your losses, but when you win 1k+ they decline your withdrawal and tell you that you need to wager your initial deposit 10x before you can cash out even though no bonus funds were added or nothing.
the fact that they allowed me to cash out 100$ when i didn't wager 1k showed me what a joke this was.
i was able to cash out 100 without wagering 10x my bet but when it was 1k+ it was a different story.
For there response
***** i was playing tables they let me cash out 100$ and told me it's a 1x wager on deposits which was fine then I won 1k and they told me it's 10x what a joke anyone who beleivees these reviews are real is also joking about life hence why they don't care about verifying you cause u will never get paid !!!!!!!!!!
Ps all the games as soon as u reach 500 to 1k u will automatically lose

We are truly sorry to see that a misunderstanding led to a negative experience for you. We want to make sure that all of our players have a safe and enjoyable time while playing on our slots. That's why we have a 1x wager requirement for every deposit made on our slots. However, we also offer a variety of table games, such as roulette, baccarat, and blackjack, with a 10x wager requirement. This information is also clearly stated in our terms and conditions. We understand that it can be easy to miss something like this, but we kindly encourage all of our players to familiarize themselves with the rules before starting to play. We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience with us.
