Most disgusting slop I have ever received. Ordered 2 big mac's and fries Hamburg was like slop and fries were cold, have these people no accountability for the food they serve? Called store no one answered, of course, upper Wentworth Hamilton mountain store at about 6:30 PM, disgusting.
Screwed up again.
As usual kept me waiting for a drive through order then got it wrong. My fault for not checking I should know better. Ordered amongst other things a cheeseburger happy meal. I received two packs of fries in a happy meal box and that was it. I waited a good ten mins for this. Needless to say by the time I got home and discovered this my latte was cold as well. A very unhappy 5yr old granddaughter.

On my way home I stopped by the brand new McDonalds in Pincher Creek, Alberta. Ordered a Breakfast BLT. Received only the bagel. Drove all the way back to get the correct item. My order 2nd time around was correct but no apology though. Important customer service step. Beautiful new space.

I just received an exceptional and unbelievable service from Iwinosa one of the staff members at store 7565 in pine Valley. She paid the bill because my card was not doing transactions through my bank account and she just did it without asking me. It is greatly appreciated 🙏. This shows sense of humor that still exist and this reaction was a hint to me to tell that sometimes it's good to treat people with your kindness. I loved it.

I just had my last Big Smac. It was a discusting sloppy burger and I needed a magnifying glass to find the beef patties. I used to enjoy the ocassional burger from MacDonalds but I was SOOO disappointed. The Big Mac used to rule but now MacDonalds is getting their azz handed to them by many of the other burger joints. How they have maintained their position in the burger world escapes me.

They once had a staff member who worked at drive theough help the deaf community to get their order. Now that he is gone everyone has been rude, impatient, doesnt care about customers or their orders. I use to order once a week now even at once every 3 months, my order is all wrong. Items that are asked to be omitted is constantly not being taken out. My husband ordered a double quarter pounder without tomatoes. Everytime theres tomato's. What if he was allergic to tomatoes, and that allergy does exist. It doesnt matter if its a skip order or not. All staff should pay attention. My mother in law stated that she wanted a strawberry shake but instead got chocolate. What if she was allergic to chocolate. Seriously no quality control or care. If an item isbout, you are given a contact number to the customer. This company just doesn't care. Order somewhere else because the quality assurance isnt there. There was far more busy places that get things right. Its not busy at night, if they can't handle the pressure hire more people.

Disgusting customer treatment
on 8/29/2023 I stopped at my usual drive through, I ordered coffee, when it was handed to me, not knowing the lid was not secure, it spilt all over my hand causing a serious burn, I immediately scolded the drive through attendant for not making sure the lid was on securely and this was the 2nd time I had this happen to me in a 2 month period. I reported it to the store Manager that same day after seeking out medical attention to discover I had 1st degree burns and numbness to my hand & had to take time off work costing me thousands of potential $ in sales. McDonalds said they would be filing a incident report and someone would get back to me. I did hear from an insurance agent that said they handle these cases for McDonalds. it is claim # 944260472606 that was on 8/31/2023. today is 9/11/2023 and I have yet to be notified. I guess McDonalds thinks that I will go away and forget about what happened, and that my claim is insignificant. I don't thin so McDonalds. I really want to show people that McDonalds does not care about their customers and how they lack in responsibility. As long as it takes I will be doing a report weekly to show how long it takes McDonalds to respond to the claim. and just so you all know this location is at Dufferin & Loadstar.

I filled a complaint with consumer services guest relations over 2 months ago and I am still waiting for a response I got a call from someone at guest relations telling me oh we have an open file we are still looking into it however it's unlikely we will respond even though you failed to provide items ordered and the store refused to make it right now head office is flat out refusing to even respond honestly McDonald's needs to go by by clearly they no longer care well it's time we remind McDonald's they don't have a business without customers

And paid, he starts folding boxes for muffins and guy at drive thru says can't order hamburger til 1045, he stops getting my muffins and is running around trying to get someone to credit a burger order someone does and he starts on muffins again and girl says to me that she can credit the burger..I said not me, didn't order one..he says sorry accidentally hit button for one!! If he knew mistake ..why didn't he correct instead of pretending didn't happen. Told next customer to watch his bill for extras not ordered bizarre...

If I could give zero stars k would, it would match the zero *ucks given to customers....I went in a week ago, got 2 uncooked, un heated burritos ok..be the bigger person, go back. Well. I wish I could post the pictures, it's about a teaspoon of egg and cheese was over cooked, do hard.

Always have to check order when received. 50% of the time they screw up your order or neglect to completely fill. Today ordered crispy chicken received grilled chicken. Must have been cooked yesterday (dry and tasteless). Have had it with McDonald's!! No more!!!
