Points should not expire. why do we need to share our location to use the App and mobile data?? Price increaed so much that eating at McDonald's is now not worth it. Rather go to Harvey's for a healthier burger.

They encourage obesity. I went in the drive threw. I ordered a small vanilla shake and they try and sell you two apple pies. Just about profit. Nothing healthy on the menu. They have no scruples.

If we could give you zero stars we would instead we will just find a better fast food stop macdonnalds quality and service have gone to hell they seem to not give a damn People take your families to a real restaurant
Boycott Macdonalds till they fix their quality and management

An order was placed on December 16 2022 and we were double charged. Immediately we called to notify them of the error and were told within 24 to 72 hours. Each time we do a follow up we get the same answer. Here we are January 12 2023 and still no refund. Is McDonald's really that hard up for money that our refund cannot be given.

Went to mcdonalds in Winnipeg. The one at 630 Pwmbina hwy. The wait for a breakfast bagel but was almost 10 minites and when i got the food it was cols and the lettuce was stale and the tomato i got was just the skin of the tomato.There is no quality control. The food sucks. To bad I can't post a picture on this review.

McDonald’s has gone to the dogs. A bunch of young kids who have absolutely NO PRIDE in their work. Burgers now are cold, sloppily thrown together for customers.. now just GROSS. Was at the one at Place des arts in downtown Montreal. JUST THE WORST!!

The young person who took my order at approximately 310pm was so nice. And I told them so. They usually work at 594 Montreal Rd but it is under construction. This was at 2170 Montreal Rd. They had a mask on but I recognized them from the pleasant service they always exhibit at 594 Montreal Rd. I mentioned it to the manager as well. Really impressed.

We went to the McDonald's on Beaumont in Montreal twice in a row last Sunday and this Sunday at 7p.m. and both times they were closed. The doors were locked and the takeout section had cones on both sides. This is absolutely ridiculous for McDonald's. Meanwhile you have signs posted 24 hours service on this McDonald's. The service there is extremely bad even on normal days. I think Mcdonald's Canada should look into this place. Staff doesn't know what they are doing.

Closed your SportsWorld location in Kitchener with absolutely zero notice. Scrambled to find an alternate during an, always short, lunch hour

We have been regular customers. Usually we take crispy mc chicken. Recently they changed receipt and instead of piece of chicken they are giving minced chicken meet, which was disgusting. Even bun is not edible anymore. We are not their customers anymore. We will never buy from them.

horrible manager wanted to kick us out because we didn’t have food but they were so packed and unorganized when we went to order they told us to wait because our order wasn’t important enough

We are going to McDonald's every 2nd day for their Cappuccino's or Latte's, but every week the Cappuccino machine brakes down. I really don't understand why, because these are McDonald's in small towns like Coldbrook and Greenwood, NS, and most of the people here buy coffee, very few buy these specialty coffees. I don't understand why these Cappuccino machines brake down so often.

Misleading coupons. Mail in paper coupon did not indicate breakfast burrito is NOT included. I will bring this issue to CTV News and GLOBAL news Vancouver. Furthermore it should explicitly indicate breakfast burrito is not included. Better fire your marketing team.

I was just there to try the new McCrispy. It was dry and tasteless. I had also ordered a McChicken meal for my granddaughter. We received part of the order, not even a complete meal then we were parked. By the time the rest of the order was brought out to us, the rest of the order was cold. I even tried to say no, all at once and the attendant said no, it'll only be a minute.

Criminals if I could leave no stars I would in july they were offering grand big mac bacon well 4 times I never got the bacon I filled a complaint with head office who said they would mail me 3 free coupons never received anything that was over a month ago I will never buy anything from McDonald's ever again

Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to staff don't wear hair nets or put on cloves when handling food give you a bag instead of a tray when you eat inside don't eat here if you don't want to get sick

Big fan! But the Burlington location on Guelph Line and upper middle road for the last 5 visits on the drive through have always been old and cold. Unless they change I will give up on Macdonald’s forever.

fix the DAMN ICE CREAM MACHINE

i swear to god i don't want to drive up to mcdonalds after they're heavily promoting the 1$ vanilla cone, and then proceed to be told that the ice cream machine is broken. i want a oreo mcflurry? broken. a nice chilly chocolate milkshake? broken. i am so tired of this. have a position dedicated to fix the ice cream machine or something! just something so i can have my precious delicious ice cream. terrible service.

Used to work here not a good workplace had one manger scream at me and then my boyfriend got fired for missing one day of work because they don’t answer the phones but a guy that doesn’t show up for half his shifts doesn’t get fired non of the workers wear gloves or wash chicken nuggets are never fully cooked either.hoping they can change and be more clean:)
