Great counselling service
When I approached MCL Medics to ask for counselling service, I was experiencing a very difficult situation at work which had direct impact on my mental health. The counsellor assigned to see me provided a safe space to make me feel comfortable to share my story. I received valuable advice and counselling that made be regain my strength

The counsellor was very respectful and…
The counsellor was very respectful and put me at ease.
Have only ever had experience of NHS before and it was more about box ticking. This was completely different. I felt supported, listened to and encouraged to recognise my feelings.

Nicky was amazing with me
Nicky was amazing with me - after speaking to her i made so many important changes to my life that have made everything so much better when i was in a really dark place. I would not be where i am without her and wouldn't have seeked and got the support without her guidance and compassion

The support I received from MCL Medics…
The support I received from MCL Medics were fantastic. It was the first time in my life I had a dog die and was going through such a dark traumatic time. With their help and lovely support of one of their counsellors, I was able to to pick myself up and be me again. I can't thank them enough.

I had a wonderful therapist
I had a wonderful therapist. She was an excellent listener and incredibly supportive throughout our sessions. I felt comfortable being completely honest with her and was able to openly share my concerns.
By the end of our time together, I felt more confident and better equipped to address the challenges I was facing. Her support made a meaningful difference in my journey, and I’m truly grateful for the experience.

MCL medics were helpful and understanding. They were extremely prompt with getting counselling sessions arranged for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to reach out for help. They provided guidance and support. Thank you.

Very pleased
I have been using MCL Medics for a short time but this short time made a very good difference and positive impact. The consellor I worked with understood my issues and helped me to find a solution. I would reccommend this service to anyone. Thanks again!
