Staff communication is below standard and the call centre staff have no idea about how to communicate with customers - yes customers who are spending big amount to purchase this so called designer brand MCM.

Can someone please tell me how to get to the complaints team of this so called brand MCM. I have been banging my head with their staff via an email and they have no clue about anything. They only know how to say it's against company's policy and when you ask for a copy of the policy, they say - sorry they can't share LOL.

If anyone from MCM is reading this review then contact me. I'll send some stupid emails drafted by your staff to show how efficient they are - NOT.

Ich habe schon öfter online bestellt u nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Auch als ich mal eine Bestellung ändern musste ging das über den telefonischen Kundenservice ohne Probleme.
Hoffentlich bleibt das bei meiner aktuellen Bestellung auch so :)

Ich bestelle dort nie wieder.
Tasche bestellt. Ein Tag später angeblich versendet. Wochenlang DHL Paket nur elektronisch angekündigt. Laut Nachfrage bei DHL wurde die Ware vom Versender storniert. Mehrere Emails an MCM geschrieben. Kundenservice extrem schlecht, hat von nichts eine Ahnung und hilft einem auch nicht weiter, da ja Paket abgeschickt. Bei denen stimmt irgendwas in der Logistik nicht und der Service hat null Ahnung.
Nach 1 Woche habe ich Paypal Konfliktlösung angemeldet und Käuferschutz beantragt.
Nach 2 1/2 Wochen immer noch kein Paket gekommen. Paypal hat mir den kompletten Kaufbetrag zurückerstattet.
Ich werde nie wieder online bei MCM direkt bestellen.

This is absolutely the worse debt collecting agency. Learn to just not answer you phone if you set up a payment plan. Long story short I set up a payment plan through them with another credit card to build credit. The initial payment went through no problem. But, then what they will do it harass you every two weeks saying your next payments never go through and there is a problem with your bank. I wait for this call because I have this written in my calendar and know when each payment should come out. Sure enough it never fails same story each time. Then, I put my card number in and wouldn't you know it, it works. Who knew? I get a confirmation number and everything and they can't seem to understand it. I have told them the last time to please stop calling I will just go online and make the payment when it it due.
I was told my account would be noted and they said ok and spoke to a girl named Rachel. Then, a week later I get a call from Rey who says I have balance and need to pay when I don't even own money yet.
These people are unprofessional and cause stress and anxiety to people trying to do the right thing and yet they could care less. This is exactly why I did not give them access to my checking or savings because I've read horror stories about that too. Taking money when they should not or when the account has been paid thru keep taking money.
If the harassment keeps up a d payments are made I am consulting a lawyer. This is ridiculous.

I purchased the heritage bandana @ $250.00; however, as a long time customer, from the days of Germany and yes I have some serious "product," I would not buy another item from their online store, as the item was damaged, not to mention that Fedex, tried to scoop my pkg., when they pick it up (KOP to Jersey,) claiming that they were @ my home which was not true (see logistics chart.) I had to spend a very copious amount of time back tracking a lie, as told by the driver, only the have MCM (KOP,) not be very cooperative, as I even had a complaint # for her (director to file via ecommerce.) Well, since i had foiled the chance for my item to go missing, Fedex, delivered my bandana the next day, only for it to "pulls" in it and my pkg., was badly tampered with, as this very clearly show that a "lick" was in place for me, I called CSR, but received nothing other than more run-arounds, as they would not deal w/taking something off of a their item, as received in a flawed condition, as MCM, does not have their shipping on "lock-down," which is so triffling, as go way back to the early 80's, but not any more!

Ich habe heute meine langersehnte Tasche erhalten. Sie war lieblos verpackt in einem viel zu großen Karton und einem noch viel größeren Beutel für die Tasche.
Es muss doch die passenden Beutel zur Tasche geben…
Für soviel Geld alles sehr lieblos!

Mcm hat keinen Stern verdient! Mir wird unterstellt den Gratisartikel der Retoure nicht beigelegt zu haben obwohl ich ihn definitiv eingepackt habe und noch auf dem Retourenschein vermerkt habe diese dazugelegt zu haben. Die machen das absichtlich um Kunden zu ärgern. Mcm kann ich meines Lebens NIE mehr empfehlen denn verarschen lasse ich mich nicht! So dreisst falsche Behauptungen und Unterstellungen zu machen. Ich werde mich von allen MCM Sachen die ich schon seit Jahren besitze trennen und werde diese Marke nicht mehr tragen! Da ist Louis vuitton um Meilen besser!

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, die Ware ist von sehr guter Qualität und der Kundenservice ist immer freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Zudem wird die Ware schnell versendet und kleiner Anliegen kann man sofort im Chat bearbeiten. Immer wieder gerne

Ich hab im Dezember Schuhe bestellt diese gingen verloren. Eine Nachlieferung gab es nicht, ich sollte auf das Ergebnis des Nachforschungsantrags warten. Danach wurde mir kommentarlos das Geld erstattet. Es gab nach 8 Wochen Wartezeit keine Entschuldigung kein Voucher keine Nachlieferung nichts. Das hatte die Zentrale so entschieden. Der Gürtel den ich bestellt habe muss ich nach 3 Monaten reklamieren. Die Schnalle blättert ab. Das musste ich per E-Mail machen. Nun warte ich seit 6 Tagen auf eine Rückmeldung. MCM bittet immer für alles um Verständnis. Verlangen Preise den die in der Qualität aber im Service garnicht mehr gerecht werden! Kundenservice ist eine -1 dafür gibt es keine Worte!

Befinde mich wegen MCM in einem Abmahnverfahren.
Ich habe zwei Gegenstände retourniert, davon wurde nur einer als 'eingeganen' vermerkt. Seitdem sitzt mir Klarna im Nacken. Sämtliche Versuche MCM zu kontaktieren schlugen bisher fehl, sodass ich jetzt leider einen Anwalt mit der Sache betrauen werde.

Unterirdischer Kundenservice, Ware bestellt und nie erhalten, der Kundenservice möchte sich darum kümmern, jedoch kommt es hier zu keiner Lösung und es wird auch nicht mehr der Kontakt zum Kunden gesucht. Hier würde ich an ihrer Stelle und an eurer Stelle nie wieder bestellen.

I’m should have read that he reviews before making a purchase the lady brenae was highly rude how can i not return an item for the right size. Saks sells their product and has better customer service i knew i should have ordered with saks. Now i have the wrong size shoes and get get the right ones with out sending them back then buying them pack and then i won’t b able to use my coupon i hate this store i will never order from them again ever

2 Sterne da die Ware ok ist,
Kundenservice hat keinen Plan von den Artikeln. Beispiel Gürtel zum selber kürzen konnte man mir nicht sagen wie man die Schnalle löst. Ich soll auf Youtube schauen. Von 12 Bestellungen waren 7 zu spät sogar express Sendungen nach 2 Tagen erst da.
Kundenbetreuung schließt bei Herausforderungen den Chat und sperrt dich für 24 Std.

Alles ist DHL schuld, ein sorry gibt es nur auf zwang. Alles im ganzen Ware wie erwartet Service grotten, auf meine Gratis Pouch warte ich bis heute.

Ich persönlich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Meine Bestellung wurde innerhalb von 2 Werktagen vollständig geliefert. Die Qualität des Shoppers ist auch super. Würde MCM auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

habe einen Schlüsseletui in Hause Breuninger gekauft. Nach ca. 1 Jahr ist die Öse kaputt gegangen. Im Hause Breuninger ist keine Reklamation möglich, da ich den Kaufbeleg nicht mehr finde. Sollte mich direkt an MCM wenden. Habe den Fall geschildert und nachgefragt ob ich dieses Ersatzteil auf eigene Kosten bestellen kann. Habe zwischenzeitlich 2 Mitteilungen erhalten die folgenden Text enthalten „ohne Kaufnachweis oder Rechnung kann die Anfrage nicht akzeptiert werden“. Es geht hier weder um Garantieanspruch noch um kostenlosen Ersatz, sondern nur um die Nachbestellung eines Ringes. Auch auf eigene Kosten ist der Kundenservice nicht bereit mir das Ersatzteil zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Etui ist für mich nun nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Hat MCM angst, dass ein Originalteil an eine Fälschung angebracht wird? Ich könnte es einschicken, dann könnten sie sich davon überzeugen, dass es sich um Originalware handelt. MCM müsste in der Lage sein, die eigene Ware zu erkennen! Aber soweit kommt es gar nicht. Unter ein seriöses Unternehmen erwarte ich auch einen entsprechenden Kundenservice. Das trifft hier in keinster Weise zu. Fazit MCM ist das Geld nicht wert, da gibt es in diesem Preissegment andere Anbieter.

Katastrophe!
Habe mir eine Tasche in schwarz bestellt habe die schwarze in braun erhalten. Habe beim ersten Mal Verständnis gezeigt, kann passieren wir sind alle nur Menschen Fehlern gehören dazu. Habe die Tasche erneut bestellt, da es hieß ich bekomme eine Rückerstattung aber nicht die Ware in schwarz. Habe auch Express ausgewählt, habe heute mein Paket erhalten, wieder in braun erhalten statt im schwarz. Also beim ersten Mal habe ich Verständnis gezeigt aber beim zweiten mal zeige ich kein Verständnis! Das ist Betrug! Sowas ist einfach nicht akzeptabel, habe nicht mal schriftlich eine Entschuldigung bekommen, auch kein Gutschein etc. nichts! Es hieß nur bitte zurück schicken. Katastrophe wie es beim MCM abläuft! Zahle 530€ bekomme zwei mal die falsche Ware und als Entschädigung heißt es bitte zurücksenden. Pure Enttäuschung. Nie wieder mehr MCM. Sehe mich gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

The website was absolutely horrible. It offered a ten perfect coupon but trying to figure out how to input it was a confusing process in itself. Once I finally figured it out and went to order, it redirected me to my bank who said that the merchant wanted to verify the transaction so my bank sent them the ok. I call customer service to see if they can just place the order for me because it has taken up a great deal of time already and now the coupon code won’t work online because it says I already used it for the blocked transaction. The first rep was not meant to be in customer service and was impolite. The second rep was very polite but could not put in the coupon code and said that they could rebate me the ten percent.

How are these systems so antiquated? To avoid having to request a rebate I tried the process again with a different email of mine and it blocks the card again.

At this point I just gave up. In my opinion this is not a high end company. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retailer and paying a premium for anything here would be bizarre. It’s a shame because I never heard of the company until my girlfriend asked for a bag and I explained the situation to her and neither of us will be purchasing their products moving forward.

I was searching the Mcm website looking for the large Liz tote and ended up phoning this store in Toronto. I spoke with Dante who said they had this bag in stock. Dante took my information, made sure it was the exact bag I wanted by sending me a picture and sent the bag off that day. I actually received the bag the next day! Dante followed up with me a month later just to make sure I was happy with the bag! I have to say I’ve never received such amazing customer service in my life! Thank you Dante!
