I didn’t have to wait for the bike it came here the same day I ordered it. I don’t know where their business is located so I might live close to them that’s why it delivered the same day but still not a lot of companies/businesses do that.
The people on a whole were really nice they didn’t try any funny business just really good customer service on a general.

Jake arrived at the time he gave me, he was knowledgeable about the bike, the agreed price was paid on the spot by bank transfer. I found Mcrbikes on Instagram, and loved their content. Jake from mcrbikes spoke to me and recommended a great budget bike, the Boardman MHT. After discussing it, I believed the bike was right for me. I then purchased the bike off their website and within 3 days of purchase, the bike had arrived at my doorstep. The packaging was superb and customer service was great. Will be back in the future!
