I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I was informed of a delivery date, and because I urgently needed the glasses frame to fit prescription lenses, I ended up being forced to buy another one at a higher price, as my order has still not arrived to this day.
This delay has caused me inconvenience and unnecessary extra costs, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.
It was my first time ordering from this website and I genuinely don't have anything bad to say about my order. Mcroons's team was available and answered all my questions, I was never left hanging or without any news about my glasses. My order came in perfectly packaged, inside the box was a folding case to keep the glasses in, the glasses, a little pouch in case you don't want to use the box, a 10% reduction on my next order and even a little screwdriver Keychain to be able to tighten the branches whenever I want to. The glasses are just what I wanted, they respected the prescription for my sight too. Maybe the only downside would be that it took some time to get delivered but it's normal since I'm all the way in France. I dont know if it's because it's my first order but it's shocking how good it is. It almost makes you want to order another pair right away
Quality at its best, i recommend this and would love to get another one soon.
