Avoid This Company: Late Delivery, Zero Support, Poor Quality

I completely regret shopping from this company. Here are the issues I experienced:

* Delivery & Communication: The products were delivered extremely late. Despite calling multiple times and sending emails, I received no response whatsoever. Customer service is completely non-responsive.
* Packaging & Quality: When the shipment finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The packaging was very poor and careless, and the product quality was extremely low.

A total waste of time and poor service overall. Anyone considering buying from here should keep this in mind.

As a result, the meat smelled.

It was hot these days, plus the parcel sat in the post office for a day. The courier left it outside the office door in the sun, even though there was a parcel shed just a meter away. As a result, the meat smelled.

Bad experience, NEVER again

They shipped the meat and chicken all bunched together in a regular box with one warm “ice packet”. When i opened the package the smell was foul and everything was pretty much went bad so i wasted all my money if you want good meat never order frome them imagine shipping meat in a regular box no ice box no freezer no anything and i tried contacting them and they ghosted me, oh and the chicken wasn’t even good quality it had blood stains on it and the £30 steak i ordered was full of brown spots so please never order from them

Good Quality

Great experience overall. The quality of the meat was excellent, fresh, well-packaged, and delivered on time. You can really taste the difference compared to supermarket products. Customer service was also responsive and helpful. I will definitely be ordering again.
