Ive always received great service!!

I have been using my Private Healthcare for nearly 3 years now; since I was involved in a car accident. I have always had great communication from the whole team. Mandy Steadman is amazing to deal with. I've always felt updated on any appointments I have had to have. I feel that Mandy goes above and beyond to help me and my appointments with various different departments I have had to have since the accident.

You only use this service when you are feeling unwell and vulnerable. When you are feeling like this you need understanding, empathy and speed to see someone who can help. Mec- medical do all this and more and I cannot praise them enough . The service is incredibly quick and convenient. It can get a little complicated keeping track of all the different references and numbers and who needs what information, but that isn't because of MEC.

I had a last minute panic today when I realised I didn't have the correct reference numbers when trying to fill in the forms at hospital.

I rang MEC and after being on hold for only a minute or two. My query was answered and even though the issue was my fault, Nina Goodsall contacted the appropriate people and had the number I needed back to me in a couple of minutes!
