Poor, Really Poor.
Poor, Very Poor,
order placed 5 weeks ago for an item that the website advised 4 weeks, today i was asked what colour although I answered that question 5 weeks ago. Medical Supermarket tried to pass the error on to the manufacturer which was a lie as this was an error made by them, now being advised the 4week item that is late already will be another 5 plus weeks.

Hi Geoff, thank you for your review. I am sorry about the issues you have experienced with this order.
When it was first reviewed it appeared that there was an error at point of manufacture. However in our later communication I did confirm that there was an error processing the order.
The order has now been processed, but unfortunately these are made to order which is now causing a further delay. We are trying to get this expedited for you, however if the wait from here is too long we understand if this needs to be cancelled so please do let us know.
Once again I am very sorry that this has happened and impacted your order, it was simply a human error made on our part.

I work with Medical supermarket on a regular basis and find their service to be excellent. Their website is easy to use and offers fair pricing on a wide range of products. Staff are friendly and always happy to help with enquires of all sizes and complexities!

Hi, wrong order sent, no fault of ours, made many high cost orders in the past month yet no discount or compensation offered making original order delayed, affecting our clinics. Also given indicative delivery times that change every week.

Hi Teerath, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the inconvenience that this issue has caused you.
I can see that my colleague has been dealing with this which was reported to us on Friday, with the incorrect item being sent out to you. The correct item is due to be delivered today, as confirmed on Friday. Unfortunately this was due to a picking error which was made by the manufacturer and we have done everything possible to expedite a resolution for you. Our priority would not be to offer compensation or discount for errors but to ensure that any issues are corrected urgently which the team have done for you.
With regards to the lead times on our items, where an item is not stocked we are reliant on this information from our supply network and the manufacturers, unfortunately the dates that are provided are not guarenteed but estimates, however we do email updates twice a week so customers are aware of any changes. Once the items do then arrive in stock we email shipment notifications so you know that they are definitely on the way.
