Are you kidding me, I ordered the beginning of May & I had to call a few times looking for my order, which wasn’t delivered until 2 months later. Thank you.

I ordered two wheelchairs. Shipping was 5-7days. After two weeks I asked if they were shipped yet? Said not yet but soon. The next week, nothing. I emailed and asked what the deal was and said are the on backorder? They replied yes. If so then why didn't you tell me that. I asked eta on backorder. Once again I got "soon" I gave it three weeks. Nothing. It's been several months. Really bad service. Borderline scamming! Im trying to get a refund for the 2000$+ we spent on the two wheelchairs! Bad bad service/company

I place the order on May 19, today is June 21 and I still don't have the products. Of course the money were taking immediately. I hope people never use you again.

The order took FOREVER to arrive - ordered May 5, didn’t arrive until very late in the month. And people moan about Amazon eating up small businesses - this is why!!

I still haven't received my order.. It's been almost 2 weeks.

The main thing I liked it came the day it was supposed to, and it felt great on my foot great support.

Took over 20 days for delivery to be sent out. No Updates were sent in those 20 days

I tried to contact this company regarding this package multiple times and I did not receive not one email or phone call back. Horrible customer service. I ordered this package months ago and it just got delivered. Will not use your website again for orders. There was no ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY AND NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wrong size. Looking for your phone no. So I can send the wrong size back and get right size. Pls. Advise. T U Elizabeth

I ordered a wheelchair pillow fory Mom and immediately realized I hadn't changed the shipping address. I could not get through on the phone, so I ordered a second pillow with the correct shipping address. That was Sunday. On Tuesday, I contacted the company to cancel the first order. There was no record of my second order having gone through.
So they changed the shipping address to my mother's address and sent me a confirmation that they did so.
A week later, the package arrived at my house. On contacting the company, their records of the order showed the shipping address as my mother's house. They responded , "i
"Is there a way you can get it to your mother's house?". When I said no, their response was, "There's nothing we can do."
If they had checked on Tuesday whether the order had gone out and found that it had, I would have placed an order to send it directly at that time. Instead the order came to me a week later and it will be several days before I can drive it there.

You did a wonderful job. You treated my mom like she was your mom and for having total compassion in our time of pain with trying to get my mom to the hospital. Thx

The elevation cushion is hard and has no give. Just a big block of hard styrofoam. You cannot sit on this! Very cheaply made. Not worth the $85.00 that I paid. I will be returning it!
