Only 1 of 3 paid items delivered and no…short shipment
Had a hiccup and did not get my meds as I thought. Wrote a one-star review. I then got an email from their managing director Jon. He pointed out that I had not seen the note on the short shipment and the following day delivery. Well I have hundreds of unread emails and it slipped past me. Hence my new review and great that the MD taking a role in this. Thanks

I have looked in to your order and found it was placed on 04/10/2021 at 21:10PM. As noted on the Medicine Direct website, our pharmacy closes as 5PM. Due to this your prescription was approved, dispensed and shipped by our pharmacy up on opening on 05/10/2021.
I have tracked your parcel and found this was delivered by your nominated courier, royal mail on 09/10/2021 at 11:15AM.
During the time of order, you have selected standard delivery, which is noted upon selecting as a 3-4 working day service with royal mail.
Therefore, your prescription was delivered in the allocated time frame specified to you. As you have received your order within the specified time frame, it would be greatly appreciated if you could update your feedback left.

Late delivery
Medicine Direct website said order with the next 2hrs or so for next day delivery so I did this and paid for 24hr delivery.
It then took 44hrs from the point of it being approved by the doctor.

Quick and good service
Although what I ordered was out of stock, the staff was very helpful to get the item delivery as soon as they can. The item arrived only one day later than expected.

Almost pain-free at least a few days intermittently
I really needed Naproxen - but couldn't get through the blockades to my doctor.
Authorisation was done quickly but with due diligence. Many thanks - a few almost pain-free days - ahead.

Great online pharmacy
Great service. Prompt and informative. I like the fact that the medicine use was assessed by a Pharmacist, in my case Terry, who was very quick to review and sent a follow up advice email and a point of contact if I have any concerns.

Unfortunately DPD didn’t deliver item next day, but once I’d made contact with Medicine Direct. They have quickly refunded the cost of delivery. Very good service and put things right even if it wasn’t their fault
