Order was refunded as you could not supply it. would have been better if you advise out of stock items at the time of ordering not the day after when your actually expecting it to be delivered!

Thank you for your reply.
With prescription medicine, we receive 2 stock deliveries daily from our suppliers. If we do not have something in stock in the morning, it is likely that by the afternoon we can receive the item in stock and send it out to you.
However when there is a global shortage of a particular product, it can become harder to source.
As a result, we went above and beyond trying to source the product with a number of suppliers to no avail.
When it became clear that even our suppliers were struggling to source the product, we informed you and provided you with a full refund.
I'm not sure what more we could have done to manage your expectations, however we welcome your constructive thoughts.
Apologies for the delay, this was simply out of our hands on this occasion.

Very helpful and professional service
Very helpful and professional service. I will definitely use this company again. I had a personal email sent to me from the prescribing pharmacist Terry who very kindly explained all the information I needed to know about my treatment and any side effects. The pharmacist also gave me is email details, so I can contact him, if I have any questions or if I have any other issues. I thought that was very kind and caring.
