Placed an order on the 4th of April as there website states fast next day delivery, sent 3 emails to ask when my order would at least be approved and still no word back! Won’t be using there service again. Still not had my order approved!

Like other people i fell for the order within 3 hours get it tomorrow! Ordered at 11 it’s now 17.47 still with the prescriber and ve just had an email
Typically if we are unable to send an order out within the delivery timeframe we will refund the delivery fee if there is a delay on our side.
The next correspondence you will receive will be from the prescriber with the outcome of the consultation.
So they don’t do quick consultations or guaranteed next day delivery people might aswell not pay for delivery and get free Royal Mail delivery very disappointed
Update I am still awaiting item I had a voicemail yesterday as the pharmacy wanted my date of birth my item has been approved and is still with the pharmacy it’s ridiculous. As for the below reply if there was something wrong with the DOB why did the doctor not pick up on it???
**SATURDAY still no item dpd said it was expected 7.29 on the 7th of April still saying the same!!! Yet you state you won’t refund me my delivery fee until the item arrives when should I expect it the 50th of April???? I am going to report it to my bank!

Unfortunately when you completed your order you failed our patient identity check due to yourself providing an incorrect date of birth. The correct date of birth is needed in order for our clinical team to successfully verify your age and identity.
We simply cannot dispense prescription medication without ensuring the correct identity of a patient. The incorrect date of birth you provided caused a delay in the order process as our prescriber could not identify you.
Unfortunately the cause of delay is out of our hands as we could not complete your order based on the incorrect information that you provided. Our pharmacist has since made contact with yourself and obtained the correct date of birth which has ensured we are able to process your order.

I paid for next day delivery and got the medicines after 10 days! Didn’t have much use for the medicine then. My complaint went unanswered too.

The order for 56 tablets arrived with…
The order for 56 tablets arrived on time but with only 28 tablets. I have registered this complaint and await the correct quantity. I was very disappointed to receive an incorrect delivery as it was my first experience of the company and had been pleased with the efficiency of the process, and let down on the delivery. I hope to receive the correct amount asap.
