We have in the past used different delivery companies to meet all orders and delivery dates in the best possible way, however, sometimes there are unexpected circumstances from our delivery partner that impeded the delivery of the product on time.
We've look into your order and we can see it was delivered on 30th December and signed by J Jones. We hope you are finally enjoying the product.

Fast turnaround
Fast turnaround, esp. around the time of the postal strikes. I used to get my scalpel blades (for artwork) from art shops but had trouble finding no. 26 blades so thank you Mediworld for stocking them!

Great service
After some hiccups with a delivery around Easter time, I left a couple of bad reviews here. I have just deleted those reviews, because since then Mediworld has returned to its usual good service. We have even visited the shop in Streatham a couple of times to buy our FFP3 masks. Wonderful people there. And of course, as customers we need to try to get our orders in early whenever a holiday weekend is approaching!
