Crazy how all of these reviews state you have a quick response when an issue has occurred with this set up. I have been waiting since Sunday for a response stating that I can not access the system. Was told they would take a look and get back to me. Absolutely no resolution. Day 5 of ZERO response to my inquiry. In the past you’ve responded quicker but to date you have failed. Issue a refund for the remainder of my service so I can move on. Thank you Kindly from the person who has had this service for several years. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

I bought the yearly subscription with 2 device and I was abit sceptical about as to if they wouldn’t work simultaneously, however I was wrong and it runs both perfect at the same time, very quick with responding with the help I need and very transparent

Each time I have an issue, they respond quickly and positively.

Wasn’t 100% sure about this as I found this service on a YT video but I was pleasantly surprised, The service has been amazing. I got a lot of support and the communication was 10/10 for me. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends.
