I like it and will resubscribe but too much buffering…

I like it and will resubscribe but it can be super frustrating.
I have contacted support a number of times and I have tried their suggestions but no matter which browser i try (they recommended Google after constant buffering using Firefox) the results are the same. Buffering every few minutes. I have emptied the caches many times. The "funny" thing is that it buffers during the most inoportune times!!
I have used 4 or 5 different computers and I have 3 different homes, all with reliable internet. it doesn't matter which browser, computer or internet service, the results are the same, tons of buffering.

EVERYTIME I WATCH A GAME IT HAS STREAMING PROBLEMS. SEEMS TO WORK GOOD THE FIRST 10 MINUTES OR SO THEN KUPUT STREAMING PROBLEMS.
IT WAS SO BAD TODAY 9/27 WATCH THE CHIEFS I JUST TURNED IT OFF AND BOUGHT NFL NETWORK.

Fantastic picture but no sound

I have had zuzz tv for 3 years now. I cannot get any sound out of the streaming service. Great picture, no sound. I don't have a phone number e-mail or website to contact and remedy this problem that is why I am writing here.

Website work great until the last 2 months of my membership and then completely stopped. Not good

I’ve had it for 2 years now and it’s…

I’ve had it for 2 years now and it’s fantastic. I did almost dock it down to 4 stars because it can be a little glitchy with a weaker connection, so if your main internet connection is slow you might have issues. I travel a lot and usually have no trouble with a typical hotel connection. And yes, you get just about any sporting event that is being broadcast.

I love the variety options of sports

I love the variety options of sports. But it's my only "app" that pauses and stalls alot, and always during a crucial play. This will be my 2nd year, possibly my last. I'm tired of missing several important plays.

Every major sport is available and the service is great. Whenever I have any questions or a request they are quick to help get me what I need. Thanks again for everything, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great way to watch sports

Great way to watch sports. Multiple streams for almost every sporting event and a great value, I've been using the service with years. I recently had technical issues and the live support helped me get everything squared away. Definitely recommend!!

The best variety,quality, and price

This is by far the best variety of sports programming, TV quality, for the best price. I just had a service interruption(problem on my end), and Logan solved it in no time, very knowledgeable, and courteous!

Awesome service!

These folks are quick to the task to answer your queries 95% of the time. Sometimes they can be a bit longer answering you on account of assisting other customers with technical issues.
I have been quite pleased with the ZUZZ TV service for the past year and a half. Good reliable service.

Good quality image

An excellent service for catching US sports when you are abroad. I can watch every NFL, NHL and NBA game with no issues at all. 100% recommend to any sports fan
