In the past I have rated MedTree higher than this. However this order include eyewash with short expiry dates (one box was credited) and two HeartSine Pad Paks, that were billed and paid for in Sep25, but have just arrived Jul26. (There was a recall on the product, which explained the delay but not the fact that the payment was taken 11 months before despatch.)

Firstly, we apologise for the eyewash products with shorter expiry dates. We're pleased we were able to provide a credit for one of the boxes, but we understand your disappointment.
Regarding the HeartSine Pad-Paks, we completely appreciate your concerns. Unfortunately, the manufacturer recall and subsequent supply issues resulted in significant delays outside of our control. However, we understand your frustration that payment had been taken long before the products were ultimately dispatched.
We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us review and improve our processes. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we hope to restore your confidence in MedTree with your future orders.

No replies to emails after payment
The company was responsive until I made a large purchase. Some items arrived with short expiry dates, and despite several emails over a few weeks, I received no reply. Make your own judgment. Not a serious company.

Having reviewed the tracking information for the order, the courier has recorded the parcel as delivered on 1st November 2025, and a proof of delivery is available. However, we appreciate that this doesn't help if you haven't been able to locate the item.
We've contacted you directly by email so that we can investigate this further with the courier and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
