I recently completed a first aid course with the British Red Cross and it was absolutely brilliant. The information provided was incredibly useful and practical. My trainer, Tanya Hale, was fantastic; she explained every concept so clearly that everything was very easy to understand. She managed the group professionally and made sure everyone felt supported. I am so pleased I took this course and feel much more confident now. Highly recommended!

well explained with a instuctor that answered any questions an made you feel at ease

I booked this first aid course for babies & children because I just wanted to have better knowledge and skills in case anything ever happened when I was with friends with young children.

The Red Cross sent really clear instructions and it was so easy to get to the right place. The instructor was so knowledgeable and friendly, she really broke the ice.

The course was 4hrs with a lunch break, with good structure and clear content. I really enjoyed it, and left feeling much more prepared. I cannot recommend this more to people.

Done many 1st aid courses this was my first time with Red Cross. The course was in depth, informative, free flowing and more importantly we had fun. The Instructor was knowledgeable and approachable.
