Really disappointed with this company I’ve ordered from them before and was happy but this time I was really frustrated cross and angry I ordered three swimming costumes sarong and with an order over £100, you’ve got a free gift, which was a pair of Tummy controlled pants plus you’ve got 15% discount I put this order on the 19th of July.
Three weeks on, I never heard anything. So I emailed them to say where was my order I could see it had been checked. The lady emailed back the next day and said unfortunately once costumes is out of stock hopefully we should have it in in the next two weeks she can ship the order and refund swimming costume or I can wait two weeks to see if it comes in. I said I will wait the two weeks but I also said it would’ve been a good idea for you to email me to let me know not me having to email you.

Three weeks past I never heard anything I emailed them back. She then told me that the black-and-white costume is still not in stock although the website keeps showing it in stock I screenshot it and sent it to her and said it is saying it is in stock she didn’t come back and said do I wanna swap it for something else? I said no I’d like the black-and-white swimming costume that’s showing it’s in stock. This went on for days in the end. I said please can you just send my order as it’s been eight weeks and refund me the black-and-white swimming costume.
The order came and they refunded me £18.71 when I paid £35.99 for swimming costume less 15% which made it about £30.35

I then had to email several times to explain that I should’ve had the £30. 35 payback back-and-forth an email again from me the same email keep coming back. Thank you for your patience, blah blah blah in the end after about 10 weeks, they did refund me the extra money what I want to say is I think your customer service is disgraceful. Your communication is terrible.

You should be telling customers if things are out of stock and that you are waiting or would you like to wait not customers having to email you?

I’m very very disappointed and cross and I am now will be looking elsewhere for swimming costumes.

I wish I’d read the reviews on here rather than the Curve website!! I’d NEVER have ordered from them. I loved their site, which I’d seen on Instagram, but feel their site gives the impression they are UK based however, the minute you need to return you eventually find you have to return to Fujan Province in China - if you’re actually able to return! From my initial request to return 4 out of 5 costumes I ended up sending a further 15 emails getting more and more frustrated as each time I stressed they were no good and that I wanted to return, I was offered a credit note, then 30% off, followed by 50%, 70% and finally 85% off - each time telling me I could keep them despite me repeatedly saying they were of no use. I finally, through frustration, conceded and agreed on an 85% refund and I keep the goods. So, I ended up spending 15% on items I’ll take to the charity shop. The costumes were not the quality I expected and fit badly coupled with the customer service who were quite deliberately trying to ensure they kept some of my money has resulted in me deciding that I will never again order from this company and will certainly never recommend. Poor quality costumes, terrible customer service and hassle when trying to return. I’m off to M&S online where I’ll get quality, great customer service and know I can return without issue.

You can’t return any items. This company does not offer any option to return and instead insist on you emailing them back and forth to negotiate how much money they will take off in order for you to keep the items. Can’t believe it’s so widely advertised and it’s a complete sham!

Awful experience. The process to get any sort of refund was extremely difficult and drawn out. Terrible customer service. And products pretty poor quality

I bought a swimsuit which unfortunately didn’t fit but sending it back is impossible they give 2 options keep the item and get a 30% refund or keep the item and get a gift card for the full amount I told them I didn’t want to keep something that didn’t fit but still they offered to keep the item and have a 50% refund again not what I wanted you cannot return items and cannot get a full refund I am still trying to get my refund but the customer service is not good I will never order from this company again.

It was not at all clear that the items I was purchasing were ultimately coming from China. When they arrived and were found to be unsuitable, I enquired about a full refund. Several emails later I have received half of what I spent though I have been left with the items - to return them would have meant sending them to China at my own expense. My advice to anyone shopping from this site? Don’t.

Uncomfortable and no simple return. Return options, but at your expense.

It took a long time to come and when it did it was no where near the size it stated it was , it was so small. Then when I wanted a refund I was told I could keep the item that didn't fit so I can do nothing with it and get 50% back . Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated . Also the swim wear was really nice if it had fitted me

Delivered on time,,really good quality, great customer service, went bove and beyond ,would order again , 👍

The returns process is probably illegal. They don’t reply to messages. They use AI chat-bot and delay tactics offering ‘compensation’ rather than a full refund as described in the adverts. Awful. Do not order anything from these cowboys

I’m still waiting to return my products. £70+ worth of order and I’ve been offered £20+ not to return them all I want is a return address. I believe this is intentional to prevent me sending them back

Delivery took a long time , I ordered 5 costumes to try having checked the return policy I was confident I could return unwanted swimming costumes. Unfortunately none of the costumes were any good for me - trying to get a refund was VERY problematic they kept offering me % of the amount and keep the costumes ( they were no good to me , I had no use for them) eventually,after over a month, I accepted a refund of 85% they had worn me down so much !! NEVER AGAIN!

Meet Curve are not upfront about the returns policy, nor that they are base din Hong Kong. The website gives the illusion that they are in the UK, but they are not. I would not normally buy from companies like this. It's disingenuous to keep this hidden. Then as a consequence, they do not want you to return items so the only way to get your money back without violating the 15 day return policy (which is not possible given that it took more than 15 days for the items to arrive) you have to accept a voucher. I think this is unacceptable. Do not use them

If I could do zero I would. Please do not order from this website, they are not in the uk. I have been emailing for a week to try and get a return address with no luck.

I’ve ordered from Meet.Curve a number of times and never been disappointed. However, in my last order one of the items didn’t fit. I contacted customer service and was offered to return the item for a full refund but had to pay return shipping costs or I could keep the item and receive a refund as a credit note. I chose the credit note and ordered a new item adding an additional £6.99 for shipping. After several weeks I hadn’t received the item so contacted them for an update. I was told the item was out of stock and was offered a refund. They only refunded the additional £6.99 I had paid. After numerous emails back and forth they are refusing to refund the remaining amount or issue a new credit note. I am so disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. Way to loose a loyal customer Meet.Curve!

Great service, one item wasn’t available at the time but alternative options or choices were provided, waited for original, didn’t need to chase. Great designs, fit and material.

Costumes are perfect fit and so comfy would definitely recommend
