En voulant déposer un avis suite a la déception a réception du colis je m'aperçois que j'aurais dû lire les avis ici avant 😑.
Pour le prix je trouve que l'emballage est plus que léger. Un pochon, une vulgaire cartonette autour pour un collier. Bof
J'ose espérer que la qualité sera au rdv 🙏🏻

Nonostante tutte le recensioni negative, la mia recensione sarà positiva.
Ho ordinato un regalo per un'amica un po' piu tardi del previsto (a causa di un sovraffollamento sul sito che me lo ha impedito) e l'ho ricevuto nonostante ciò, in breve tempo. Il pacco è arrivato integro ed il regalo é perfetto. Contattare l'assistenza clienti é stato semplice e veloce. Federica si è occupata del mio caso, assicurandosi che il pacco arrivasse nei tempi sperati. Posso ritenermi pienamente soddisfatta.

la qualité des boucles d'oreilles achetées est très médiocre au bout de 15 jours elles sont toutes piquées et la réponse de l'enseigne il ne faut pas mettre de parfum!!! marque a fuir car aucune réponse satisfaisante de la part de la marque en gros tu achètes de la mauvaise qualité et tu le sais

Really poor customer service, ordered a ring for £100 and wanted to send back because it was too big. They said they couldn’t refund me as there was a tiny scratch. I didn’t create the scratch as I tried it on for 10 seconds. They wouldn’t listen to my story and wouldn’t refund me, which is £100 down the drain. Awful customer service don’t even try to send anything back here.

Purchsed earings In April 25, pole on the earing has become loose. Vivienne Westwood customer service say this is wear and tare, so won't repair. Very poor quality for the price you pay, never again.......

Je mets une étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins. Bracelet acheté à Noel. Six mois après le plaquage or est parti. Le service client indique que cela est du à l'eau ou l'acidité de la peau. Ma fille l'enlève systématiquement pour se coucher et le bracelet n'a jamais touché l'eau.
Ils ont accepté de l'analyser, mais sans surprise il m'est revenu sans aucune communication dans l'emballage que j'avais fourni.
Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Mia nipote ha comprato on-line una collana da questa ditta. E sconsiglio a tutti l'acquisto in quanto arrivata con la chiusura difettosa e il filo rotto. Nonostante le mie proteste si sono rifiutati di cambiarmi il prodotto adducendo numerose scuse sulla loro politica dei resi ecc. In barba a tutte le leggi a tutela dei consumatori . Vergognoso ..........

Jewellery tarnished after 4 months, when it was only worn on occasion, it had a guarantee, which they do not actually stick to as they are saying that its wear and tear, customer service is awful and they are not willing to help.
Paid £120 for the necklace, it has maybe been worn around 4 times!!!
Do not buy from here!!!

J’ai passé commande sur 2 articles un sac et des boucles d’oreilles livrées avec DHL
Je n’ai jamais eu de problème avec DHL au paravant je me fais livrer mon colis en main propre et la surprise les boucles d’oreilles sont manquantes
Je les contacte et ils me disent tres clairement d’aller me débrouiller qu’ils ne sont pas responsable de l’absence des boucles d’oreilles a 175€ dans mon colis!
Je réclame un remplacement ou un remboursement et la ils me disent de voir avec le transporteur ou de poursuivre la plainte avec ma banque.
Enseigne catastrophique je ne recommande pas du tout de vrais voleurs

Ich war bisher immer gerne Kunde bei Vivienne Westwood. Ich habe sowohl online als auch im Geschäft in Berlin eingekauft und ich wurde immer nett behandelt und habe das bekommen, für das ich bezahlt habe. Viele Menschen die hier auf Trustpilot, die eine Bewertung für die Marke schreiben, sind mit der Qualität des Schmucks unzufrieden, was ich teils verstehen kann. Doch wer so viel Geld für ein Produkt ausgibt, sollte, meiner Meinung nach, wenigstens einen Blick auf die Artikelbeschreibung werfen. Der Gebrauch von Messing bei solchen Preisen ist mehr als fragwürdig. Dennoch sind z.B. die Fingerringe der Marke in der Regel aus 925er Silber. Vor 2 oder 3 Jahren kaufte ich in Berlin ein Tshirt der Marke, welches ich bis heute trage und das mir immer noch viel Freude bereitet.

Ein Stern ist definitiv zu viel.

Kette für 170 Euro zeigt nach 3 Monaten erste kleine Verfärbungen. Nach 6 Monaten sehr deutliche. Gold ist nun an mehreren Stellen kupferfarben.

Der Kundenservice sagt, das sei kein Produktionsfehler und nimmt sich der Reklamation nicht an.

Echt jetzt? Wurde der Artikel absichtlich aus einem so minderwertig wirkenden Material hergestellt? Wow! Damit tun sich dann nach meiner Meinung tiefste Abgründe auf.

Für uns ist das an Unverfrorenheit nicht zu überbieten. Daher: Nie wieder Vivienne Westwood.

Die Kette wurde sehr sorgsam behandelt, denn sie wurde sehr geliebt. Nun herrscht große Enttäuschung.

My mum loves VW and was excited to purchase a dress for my wedding from a London store. She did so but wasn't happy with the quality so decided to buy the same dress online in hope it was better.

She returned the dress in store and they didn't refund it back to her account - it was turned into credit. I went to buy the dress for her using the credit and turns out it can only be used in store and not online - that is so against the norm of modern day returns, I was shocked.

She then made a trip back into London to get the dress again on the same day. The manager recognized her and was extremely rude and said that she was "breaking rules" by rebuying the dress as it had gone into sale since my mum bought it. The whole experience was confidence breaking and totally unreasonable in a climate where returns should be made as easy as possible. Now my mum has £300 on a credit to use in store when she doesn't need it. So so disappointing.

I have been buying Vivienne Westwood products for the last 15-20 years (mainly dresses - red label or anglomania - scarves and handbags). Though the prices were always relatively high, the quality was excellent for the price (e.g. £350 for a beautifully crafted leather, lined Italian handbag). In the last few years, the price has risen notably and the quality has declined markedly. E.g. I recently bought a Bettina mini handbag for over £300 in the sale. It is not lined, the hardware looks cheap and feels like plastic. The leather is ok quality. The finishing is poor. It looks like something I could pick up in a market for £30. If I hadn’t bought it from the official online store, I would think that it was a fake. I bought a dress last year that was also so cheaply made that I sent it back. My old VW dresses are still beautiful and have lasted for years. The new items are like cheap high street fast fashion at designer prices. I will never again buy a VW product. The brand has sold out on its ideals and let down its loyal customers.

Une collier acheté en décembre 2025, porté exclusivement lors de soirées ou événements, pas de contact avec l eau, le parfum ou autre rangé soigneusement dans son écrin, au bout de 5-6 mois le collier présente une forte décoloration. Je contacte le service client de vivienne westwood qui refuse une quelconque prise en charge !!! Au prix de l article et de la qualité tres médiocre je VOUS DÉCONSEILLE cette marque! Très décevant et inacceptable ! A fuir!

Decided to treat myself to a vivienne westwood mini orb bracelet after wanting a piece of jewellery from viv for years. it came in last week and wore it for the first time last thursday (so 4 days ago). I immediately noticed that the clasp (carabiner style) was almost impossible to open, so in the past 4 days i have used it 3 times. Once when trying out and twice when removing the bracelet from my wrist. (Ive been carefully sliding it over my hand to put on since that was easier, couldnt do it myself if i tried to clasp it on my wrist) It is already tarnished on the clasp! It looks like it completely scratched the coating off. I wouldnt have bought it if I knew the quality would be on the same level as a McDonalds happy meal toy. I totally understand why people buy Vivienne Westwood dupes on sites like Aliexpress, those probably have better quality. Never buying from Vivienne Westwood again!

Purchased 2 Vivienne Westwood T shirts from Flannels. Washed as per manufacturer instructions. One is fine but the others logo started to come off on first wash. They said I didn’t wash it as per instructions but I did!! I only asked for an exchange not a refund. Shame as I have purchased over a 100 Vivienne Westwood pieces. Maybe quality has diminished after her sad passing. She will be turning in her grave. RIP Viv but I’ll never purchase from you again. :(

Appalling customer service. Sent a ring back and they said it was showing signs of wear and tear. It’s never been worn as it didn’t fit!! If there’s marks then that’s how it was sent out.

Anscheinend ist bei Vivienne Westwood minderwertige Qualität ein Kundenverschulden.

Der Kundenservice schreibt mit Floskeln und ist nicht zur Lösugsfindung der minderwertigen Produkte bereit.

Man sollte lieber bei H&M kaufen als hier.

I bought a Bas Relief Pearl Choker and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The item has been worn on occasions only and its been purchased only a few months ago. The quality is really poor for a necklase as the gemstone fell out soon after the purchase. Got in touch with customer services and they said they will not help us in any way because the item is worn. Bad quality - poor customer services. Stay away from this company and their products!
