Everything was fine until the delivery.
Everything was fine until the delivery.
The box was obviously too heavy and the courier dropped it at my door with such force it burst the milk carton and made quite a mess.

Great customer service
I had problems with the delivery of my order and through tracking and found out the product was being returned to the company. I got in touch with mega retailer, who sorted everything out for me and promptly rearranged delivery. Great service and I would definitely use them again.

My packaged arrived in good time
My packaged arrived in good time, but one of the shower gels I ordered had leaked over most of the order which wasn't pleasant. I would suggest with some liquids that have dodgy lids to be put into a extra bag.

Parcels on time, but poorly packaged
The parcels arrived on time but one was badly packed inside. The whole contents were covered in the dustbin deodorising powder that had opened in the box. It was clear to me that the containers of this powder were fragile when packed and should at best have been placed in a sealed plastic bag. The fact that much of the food contents were smoothered in it was very disappointing. Despite washing everything it won't come off.
