ThI received my order damaged with many items in shocking condition. I contacted customer service with photos & evidence to support my claim,but they passed me from pillar to post trying to wash there hands of it..Subsequently they did nothing at all to resolve my horrendous ordeal & left me out of pocket with damaged items!!Warning do not buy anything from this retailer as they are nothing more than con merchants with an absolute terrible customer service!!!

Hi, You submitted a request for a refund for multiple items; however, the photos you provided show that only the outer packaging was damaged. Your parcel was packed securely before dispatch, but it appears that it may have been mishandled by the courier during transit.

The parcel was also accepted at delivery. If the condition of the box was unacceptable, it could have been refused at the door so it would be returned to us immediately.

Hi, I’m very sorry for the frustration this caused. After looking into it, we found that your earlier emails had unfortunately been filtered into our spam folder, which is why they weren’t seen. As soon as your message reached us, we acted immediately and processed a full refund for both the goods and the shipping.
