Tried to double the price after order, agreed to refund but still waiting for that. Feels like a scam.

Bought a new TV from them, received a used one. Emailed them and they said that nothing to worry about and that is how it started, back and forth emails, kept dragging for months and finally stopped responding. By this time it was already too late to return or take other legal steps as I realized that it isn't worth to deal with such unethical people.

Excellent experience with Megateh. Ordering was quick and easy, communication was clear, and customer service was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the process. I purchased a Dahua DVR, and it arrived all the way to Australia without any issues. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described. They were happy to answer questions and made the whole process stress-free. Would definitely recommend and would buy from them again.

Did not receive initial package, customer care were very prompt in replying to emails and they have replaced the package which arrive in no time.

We have 5 of their cameras and 1 Hikvision NVR recorder. Had some follow-up questions regarding their products, setup and password reset for 1 of the cameras and everything went smoothly and we got the full set working and can check them from the Hikvision app on the mobile phone. Very comfortable and easy to use, once setup. After that hands off approach :)

Products were in stock as per the website, and were despatched to the UK via FedEx on the second working day after I placed my order online. Standard delivery to the UK was 4 working days and the items were packaged well to avoid damage in transit. Overall a very good first experience with Megateh, and I would be happy to use them again.

Ottimo negozio, ottimi prezzi, il servizio cliente veloce e comprensivo, spedizione ragionevole.
Ho ordinato diversi prodotti di allarme di un marchio specifico, roba praticamente introvabile su store online italiani poichè essendo roba "professionale" devi essere tu a richiedere un preventivo.
Hanno spedito in 2/3 giorni lavorativi dall'ordine e il pacco è arrivato in altri 4 giorni lavorativi, il corriere è DPD ossia Bartolini per noi Italiani che tutto sommato è una buona scelta. Spedizione un po' costosa a 25€ ma considerando che spediscono da Tallin ci sta. Oltre mi pare 500€ spedizione gratuita e considerando gli articoli che vendono si fa presto.

Tutto sommato ho avuto ciò che volevo, allarme economico su misura per me e nessuno in Italia sa cosa ho montato e come l'ho montato.
Unica pecca c'erano altri componenti della gamma che mi interessavano (per un altro sistema) e ho notato che non erano disponibili. A loro discolpa magari chiedendo mi avrebbero potuto aiutare invece non ho chiesto.

Se dovessi aver bisogno in futuro probabilmente ricomprerei.
