Half check collars
I ordered 2 Half check collars for my 2 large Huskys,both are extremely strong and really pull I asked for them to be made extra strong & Husky proof..... quick delivery to Austria too .I am absolutely delighted and wish I had found Meg Heath years ago

After my initial review Sarah phoned & offered to replace the double up dog lead I had purchased with a too large fastener clip. Thanks for this Sarah, much appreciated. Looking forward to receiving and using it as the lead itself was soft to hold & comfy in the hand

Brilliant product!
I ordered a lead and a custom splitter a few weeks ago and after using them in all weathers, I’m very happy with the products!

Hello Judith,
Thanks very much for your feedback, however, due to the nature of this review, I felt the need to give a full account of what actually happened with your order.
You ordered a 5-metre red dog training lead with nickel fittings, 19 mm and double up on 29th August and selected 'pay by direct bank transfer'.
The lead was not paid for.
I received an email from you on 6th September - "Still no received my lead I need it asp or cancel order please."
I replied "It hasn’t been paid for. Would you like it sending still, I can post it tomorrow? You selected to pay by bank transfer... (with a further explanation of order process). It was ordered but that doesn’t mean paid for. So the first stage is ordered, then the second stage is paid for, then complete, then dispatched. Hope that helps, let me know when it's paid for."
As soon as it was marked dispatched on the 9th September, I received this from you, "On route ? As going away J"
After you left the review. I called you. I had a long conversation with your husband. He said, "she doesn't speak". He was very nice and I left it at that.
I explained that I felt it was an unfair reflection of me and my business and leaving a 2-star review was immensely damaging to a small business.
If you look at all my reviews as a whole on here, Yell, Google, Facebook and my website etc you will see no one has EVER said my products are disappointing and to buy "twice as good for half the price" I find very hard to believe. I put a huge amount of time into what I do and pride myself in the glowing reviews.
Closing, please return the lead and I'll be happy to give you a full refund. Our returns policy is here https://megheathdogleads.co.uk/returns-policy/ On this occasion I will refund you even if the lead has been used.

Impressive service and products
Very pleased with purchase of 2 dog car boot leads and 2 normal leads. Ordered, paid, made and delivered all in space of 3 days. Very impressed with query responses. Didn't realise dogs should be secured in car boot besides a dog guard. Now we can attach them to the fittings in our car and know that when we open the boot, there is no chance of them leaping out and escaping. Now we have no need to worry about our insurance not covering any mishap. We did look into buying a crate but it would have been such a hassle, and huge expense, having to take it out every trip to make room for grandkids pram. 2 very pleased owners and hopefully 2 happy dogs.
